FOREWORD : RESEARCH Man is in continuous search for knowledge of Higher dimension. Scientists are expanding the domains of knowledge with the increase in disciplines: Astro-physics, Cosmic-physics, Plasma-physics, Astronomy, Bio-Energy, Electro-magnetism and Search within. Yet man has not found out the key links: Science of man, Nature and Universe. A few philosophers of high order search within and scientists search outside both in the laboratory and in Space to unravel the mysteries of Galactic Home. True philosophersconsider the realization within for Truth as a means of highest knowledge. .. I had the exposure to High Voltage Engineering, Plasma-arcs in Vacuum, High Temperature Plasmas in Magneto- Hydrodynamics, Pulsed power devices and as an Inventor to a bit of Electro-Magnetic fields through Antennas, conductors and Circuit switches. However, by inspiration from our GURU (1984) SREE SEETHARAMA YATHI, I woke up to start and search with plasma science background to try to interpret space sciences. The Universe consists of 99.999% Plasma (by volume). This is the biggest discovery of this century by Scientists. All the phenomena in the Universe from the Cosmic to the subatomic scale can be understood as Plasma- the fourth state of matter i.e. the Universe is a sea of charged particles and their fields. A man has to extend the vision and for that, he has to withdraw the senses from peripheral fields. Plasma vision of the Universe attempts to provide a seven dimensional Plasma Universe with a few key elements for connection: 1.

Universe as Self contained Helio-sphere.A Point source of plasma links all forms of energy 2.Plasma-Electro Magnetic Dual mode converter –SEE VORTEX PROCESS 3.Electro-Megnetic Blanket and Plasma Blanket in alignment .4.Cellular form of Plasma Energy Spread and 5.ElectroMagnetic fields. These assumptions help to cover the entire Universe with Seven Energy centers forming a link.

A man becomes a Human Being by realizing the Electro-magnetic sensitivities and trans-receiver faculties of Bio-Energy Plasmas dependent upon the entire Universe. A Human Being becomes Noble by becoming a link to the flow of knowledge of higher dimension through a reflection of the Universe. That is the TRUTH as the Universe exists, so also a Human Being as a fact for Science. Let there be peace for the development of Human Being : micro-cosmic Being as reflection of Macro-Cosmic Plasma ElectroMagnetic Universe. [ Hyderabad, INDIA 17 th May 1993

Knowledge Expansion : PLASMAS Knowledge of the evolution of plasma requires the understanding of the full Electromagnetic spectrum and not just the narrow octave of the visual range. The black body micro-wave background temperature for the Universe is at 2.735 degrees K which falls within the predicted range (2.3 - 2.8 degrees K) by many scientists. The linear dimensions of plasma vary in Jumps of 10^9 . 1. Laboratory plasmas

~ 0.1 to ~ 1 m

2. Magneto-spheric plasmas

~ 108 to ~ 109 m

3. Inter Stellar plasmas

~ 1017o ~ 101 m

4. Space plasmas up to Hubble distance

~ 1026o ~ 1027 m

5. Laser fusion experimental limit

~ 1032 m

New results in laboratory plasma and in situ measurements in the magnetosphere. Helio-sphere etc., by spacecraft using sophisticated plasma, diagnostic techniques leads to the transfer of knowledge and expansion of the knowledge beyond the reach of the spacecraft (~10^- 32 m). Beyond this region, the method of extrapolation is used by scientist to study cosmogony (formation of solar system), magneto sphere and laboratory plasmas supplemented by the knowledge about inter stellar clouds. Presently a number of objects in the Solar and Galactic regions are observed under X-ray, UV rays and rays. These date yield a completely different picture of the Sun and the Universe compared to the visual observations through telescope earlier. All these observations are leading to a new era in interpreting the complete Universe as a plasma current model by various scientists. Plasma Vision : BY VIDYARDHI NANDURI Any vision of the cosmic plasma Universe must be viewed from the top where as an eye view only may be presented from the bottom. The picture of the Universe is to be taken an independent point. In this process the observer, the vision of the Universe and the objects under observation are different. Then a clear unified vision of the Universe may emerge as below with the following few assumptions :See BOOK FOR DETAILS

PLASMA VISION OF THE UNIVERSE 1993 BYBY- Dr Vidyardhi Nanduri ©1999USA TXU 729-718

[See DMVT –PROCESS –introduced by author in Books- Vidyardhi Nandurit The Electromagnetic dual purpose generator including the Electromagnetic Blanket covers an important Energy function i.e., Super Galactic very large scale plasma sheet rings supporting (1) Energy absorption and (2) Energy generation around the dual Plasma Electromagnetic Converter. This dual plasma Electromagnetic Converter supports the entire energy of the Universe from one side and acts as a cover to support the cellular sphere on the other side. The Plasma Electromagnetic generator may have the lowest temperature background for the radiation which helps in its dual (generator/converter) function. Thus, the electromagnetic wells similar to those observed in Black Hole may

7

get formed on one side as part of energy absorption. This may get balanced by a coaxial spherical plasma beam generator on the other side in order to maintain energy balance. RELEVANCE TODAY -2009 UPDATE LHC BOOMERANGS- SAVE SPIRIT OF SCIENCE The concepts on COSMOLOGY as evidenced by Particle Physics groups are absolutely mis-concepts and evidently boomerangs on the assumed theories. Cosmology is a borderland between Science and Philosophy Let us learn from Nature and PhilosophyEven the Venus transit filters the Body - questions Scientists to define Earth Planet and life Support. East west Cosmology Centre means to help present day Cosmology groups to revise for comprehenion of the Universe an Cosmic Function The SUN is located at 27,000 LY from the Milky way-Galaxy Centre .The 27 Km of loopline cannot be a replica. The Concepts of Big-Bang,Implied LHC, Singularity , Blackhole are all under question??? Wisdom must prevail in advance- Learn from Eminent men like CARL SAGAN and Nobel Laureate ALFVEN. Science needs to search beyond Einstein and Darwin Universal Plasma Electromagnetic Energy Model : The overall picture of the plasma Universe as an Energy model be evident from the following : 4.5.1 Cellular Sphere : Figs. 4.1(a) to (e) show the cellular sphere, the plasma-spread in cellular form from a source to an elliptic sphere from which the energy flows to plasma Beams, plasma Sheath and as plasma Blanket all over the Universe. Part of the energy is converted to Electromagnetic Energy. This energy output is balanced by the energy input through the electromagnetic eye assumed as dual converter i.e. plasma to electric magnetic energy and vice-versa.(Plasma Electromagnetic Converter, see Fig. 4.5 4.6 and 4.10 4.5.2 Electromagnetic Belt as Cover : Assume an ideal Galactic North at the top of the Galaxy and an ideal Galactic south at some point in the Galaxy in an energy sphere. Then the electromagnetic belt having very high energies cover the Universe as shown in Fig. 4.14. Due to the high dimensional nature of the field forces of the order of 10^39 times the gravitational field forces, it has to be assumed as a separate belt or cover having party some influence on Earth and other Planets in the solar orbit. In such a case, the Solar orb may be represented as another Energy sphere having another fictitious North and South Poles with its North Pole near the Galactic south pole. In this case it is but natural that the electromagnetic belt of the galactic sphere spreads downwards up to the Southern end of the Solar Orb. However, the field intensities may get reduced which may be interpreted as relatively weak Electromagnetic fields and forces.

[ Readers re requested to read details through Figures and Projections in BOOKS © 2009 Vidyardhi Nanduri, all rights reserved 4.8 Bio-Energy Plasma around Human Being : Considerable attention is now paid by scientists on two main fields that effects every Human Being i.e. (1) Electro magnetic fields and (2) Bio-Energy. A number of scientists from basic physics, Organic Chemistry, Bio-Chemistry, Bio-Energy and Medical Imaging are expressing a coherent view on the influence of low frequency (12 Hz and nearer) on the Human body. If the vision is extended to Space i.e. solar sphere and the Plasma Universe, with knowledge, then a complete picture emerges about Human Being (see Fig. 5.3). The time, Space and energy concepts in Science have to develop further to define and accommodate the scientific data in the Universe as Macro-level Expansion of knowledge and relatively, the infinitesimal or micro level presentation is the Human Being. All the abstract analysis, scientific investigations and knowledge expansion within and through out Laboratories, Space and Voyagers reveal only one truth: Unity in Diversity. A noble Man with plasma vision and knowledge of Electromagnetic phenomenon and the laws of the Universe has the responsibility to protect the Mother: Earth and live in harmony with Nature: Galactic Home- along with other Beings. A man emerges as a product of electro-magnetically sensitive - Bio Energy Plasma Being with inherent Energy centers and vision beyond. http://www.pdfcoke.com/doc/21526401/Cosmic-Pot-Universe-2003LHC MISLEADS:http://www.newciv.org/nl/newslog.php/_v162 Plasma vision of the Universe attempts to provide a seven dimensional ....
