Planned, researched, and collaborated cross-group to create the specification for a new worldwide service outage notification system for Microsoft. Developed a framework for measuring products with high volumes of support requests as well as solutions for decreasing the volumes and financial costs. Readied the Rights Management Service for the release of Longhorn Server Beta 2 and created a deployment package to allow for the installation of the RMS client under Vista Least User Access.
