Leaders

• Have Experienced or not? One can have the experience of very common phenomena in any Department/office is that managers nowadays are more inclined to become bosses not leaders.

• Why? •

as most of the managers presume .

Because bosses always create more subordinates, while leaders create more leaders who become their competitor and not just companion.

• Thus, the title “ Boss” is more attractive than “leader” which each one of us want and resulting less output of leaders and slow progress of economy of company/country.

Which one of the water drop is leader? Perhaps every water drop is having equal opportunity to fall down on to earth to make soil fertile.

Every one of the players is having the equal opportunity to become leader in sports ground.

MANAGERS MUST STOP SAYING " DO " AND START SAYING " LETS DO".
