The Boscastle Flood
In recent lessons you have asked a variety of geographical questions about the Boscastle flood and researched the answers. You must now write up your findings. You have a choice of how to do this: You may either Write a poem or song lyrics about the flood. OR Write a diary of the event and time following as a Boscastle
resident.
OR Write a story of your day as a tourist in Boscastle on the day of
the flood and the remaining days of your holiday afterwards.
Whichever task you choose, your work must include information on the following: • The causes of the flood • The flood event (e.g. date, time, location) • The effects of the flood • The response to the flood These are just the parts you must include - you may wish to add more details and additional relevant information.
