Book Letter

Dear Parent/Guardian of _______________________, It is that time of year when we are starting to close things out and collect text books. I have recently completed book checks in all of the government classes and ____________ was unable to produce their textbook during the check. I will be turning in the debt form for your student’s text book number _______________ today, May 22. Please have them search their room, home, locker and/or car. If they find their textbook and bring it to me, I will retrieve the debt form to indicate a fee is no longer due. If ______________ cannot find their textbook they will need to pay the fine before they will be able to pick up graduation tickets on May 28 or 29. The government textbook costs $58.97. If they pay for the book and then later find the book, they can take the book and their receipt to Mrs. Manning in the main office in order to receive a refund.
