ATTN: THOMAS YOUNG RE: ACKNOLWDGEMENT FOR CHANGE OF FUNDS BENENFICIARY OWNERSHIP/ENDORSEMENT OF CHANGE OF BENEFICIARY The Foreign Operations Department of the Bank of Ghana wishes to bring to the attention of the newly approved beneficiary of US$25M(Twenty Five Million United States Dollars Only) Mr. Thomas Young a resident of the United States of America that our department received in the duly endorsed letter Referenced BOG/TT665756/RT dated 14th December 2005 requesting a change of beneficiary by the formal funds owner Mr. Nick V.Fleming Jr, attached to the letter was the mandatory Cover Clearance from the Legal Department of the Bank of Ghana as requested by Mr.Nick V.Fleming Jr. Upon thorough evaluation, the funds ownership rights have been transferred to Mr. Thomas Young of the United Stases of America as applied. Mr. Thomas Young is to however note that in line with the newly established Funds Release/Transfer Clearance Rights Act by the Presidency of the Republic of Ghana, the funds have been total and thoroughly cleared for release, due funds transfer instructions has been given to the Wire Telex Department for the immediate release of the funds through the statutorily required approved clearing correspondent financial institute.
