Predicting the Consumers Brand Switching Behaviour for Cell phones: Application of Markov Chain Models Shama et al. (2016) This paper analysis the brand switching behavior of youth ,what maybe their future choice of brand in coming years and future leader mobile brand in market share using 320 college going student in Indore city. The Study found that changing of mobile brand is very fast in youth and its depends on their previous brand.But Apple has emerged as future choice for selection of mobile brand.While Xiaomi, Samsung and LG and other brands will suffer a customer leakage and loss of market share. Students’ Brand Preferences towards Smartphone Afroz (2017) The paper examined the relationship between Preference of mobile brand and factor affecting variables such as resolution of camera, durability ,battery backup ,gender, current smartphone . The study found that preferences of students towards selection of mobile brand depends on their current mobile phone ,battery backup but not depends on gender ,resolution of camera and durability of smartphone.
