Blue tooth based datalogger In recent years, wireless applications have been rapidly evolving in personal computing and communications devices. By using Radio Frequency (RF), it resulted in new way for people to communicate and gain access to data without the means of cables. The Bluetooth wireless technology was created to solve a simple problem: replace the cables used on mobile devices with radio frequency waves. Bluetooth is an open specification and the technology encompasses a simple low-cost, low power solution for integration into devices. Bluetooth operate at the globally unlicensed 2.4 GHz Industrial Scientific Medical (ISM) band that is available worldwide. Moreover, Bluetooth employs frequency hopping in 79 hops displaced by 1 MHz and has a data rata of up to 1 Mbps for both voice and data. Such devices can form a quick ad-hoc secure "Pico net" and communicate among the connected devices. Leading companies in the telecommunications and computer industries promote Bluetooth. . The objective for this effort was to implement Bluetooth technology based data logger for monitoring and acqusition of various data in industries for processing and analysis . SOFTWARES USED: Embedded C, Express PCB, Express Schematic. WORKING PRINCIPLE: This project is mainly designed for to monitor the critical data in remote places (weather parameters) this can be achieved with bluetooh communication the data sent by the bluetooth transmitter will be received by the BASE STATION with the help of Bluetooth receivers. COMPONENTS USED: Pic microcontroller Bluetooth device LCD-Liquid Crystal Display 2x16 Power Supply Standard Type 5v DC RS232 For Serial Communication Buzzer-Iron Make Switch. Freq-1 to 18khz.Volt-5v-12vDC ADC circuit with all the sensors.
