BIOLOGICAL MAGNIFICATION Def:- A biological magnification is a process in which concentration of poisonous chemicals increases at every new step of food chain.

Example when chemicals like DDT are sprayed on vegetables & cereals its concentration increases in water & then water plants & then more in fishes & more-2 in fish eaters.
