BIOGRAPHY OF JOHN BOSCO John Bosco is an attorney licensed to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey as well as in various Federal courts. He is a partner in the law firm of Bosco, Bisignano & Mascolo, Esqs. LLP. His legal career has been devoted to litigating claims arising out of the relationship between those who inflict and those who suffer injury. The infliction of personal injury knocks the scales of justice out of balance. Passions become inflamed. Disharmony erupts. A state of peace is transformed into a state fo war. A safety valve is needed so that injury is assuaged, passions are vented, disharmony quelled and justice restored to balance. Our society has established such a safety valve. W e have achieved a modus vivendi by which we co-exist. Those who suffer injury have renounced in-kind retaliation - an eye for an eye; a tooth for a tooth.
