VICTOR M. CINTRON, Certified HACCP, FSMS, EMS and QMS Auditor
Victor is a professional with over 25 years of international technical and management systems experience. Has conducted training, implementation assessment and managed projects in a variety of industries at numerous companies and governments world-wide. His vast field of experience include HACCP MS, ISO 15161, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, OSHMS and ISO 13485 among others management systems. His experience precedes the ISO International Management Systems Standards through implementation to the British Standard 5750 P1 since 1982. He is an Assessment Team Leader for the International Registration Body BRS and conducts Lead Auditor Training in FSMS ISO 22000, QMS ISO 9000, EMS ISO 14000, ISO/IEC 17025 and other standards. In 1984 joined GlobalNet of BULLTEK LTD (Bullish Technologies Ltd), after a successful professional career with the Coca-Cola, Revlon, Motorola, Westinghouse, Mitel Telecommunications, Bourns the former Atomic Energy Commission, and US Departments of Treasury and Transportation including NASA and DoD contract work. During his tenure with the aforementioned organisations, maintained and developed systems for health physics, engineering, environmental management, quality, medical, hazard analysis and risk management, continuous improvement, manufacturing, and customer service as well as project management of organisational development, product development and internationally outsourcing. He has been commended for his effort by foreign governments. His ability in conducting assessments of management systems collaborated or contributed to the success of over 100 organizations, including, among many others: Griffith Laboratories, Evergreen Scientific, CitroFruit, M&M Mars, Toyota, Aguas Argentinas, Puncak Niaga, Chevron-Texaco, Exxon-Mobil, Edison International, General Electric (numerous divisions), British-American Tobacco, Thomas & Betts, Autlan Mining, United Technologies, Honeywell, Siemens, John Crane Corp… and has participated in activities supporting and benefiting the governments of Egypt, Malaysia and Argentina. Victor holds a BS in Engineering Technology and Advanced Management Diploma granting the status of Facilitator-Instructor by the State of California and completed Productivity Management (Philip Crosby Institute) certifications. He is a former MIL-STD Class “C” Examiner-Instructor certified by the DoD, in addition to numerous management and technical certifications. Has assisted in scientific research in the field of physics, nuclear engineering and biology during his academic formation, and has instructed ISO courses in California State University, University of California at Riverside, and University of Monterrey.
Victor resides with his family in Southern California.
