BIFAMILIAR HOUSING DESCRIPTION: The Architectural Design Workshop "Bifamiliar Housing", the project to be developed is a house for two families of 4 members, is located on Huáscar Avenue in the City of Cusco. This workshop also had as objective that the project had to adapt to the context, thus achieving a housing for the family using the concepts of introspective architecture. The area of the land is 11 * 20 m; the topography of the land is regular. The materials used were for the contructed structure (reinforced concrete) and for the façade wood and steel, seeking to integrate them into the immediate context of the land. The main spaces that the project has are: Garage, Hall, Hall, Study, Dining room, Kitchen, Laundry, Social bathroom, Master bedroom with bathroom, two single rooms with a shared bathroom, two patios and a terrace. As for the equipment you have in the plant you can see that at the entrance there is a staircase that takes you to the second level, a parking suitable for 2 cars, 1 for each house; upon entering a social bathroom with all its water facilities, a small study with only one desk; the living room and dining room together illuminated by a patio directly facing the kitchen with high and low cabinets next to it the laundry and illuminated by a well of light and in the back the intimate area with two small bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a shared bathroom and a master bedroom with its terrace and intimate bathroom, along with its walking closet in the same way is given on the second level. For the water installations all the bathrooms as well as the kitchen have sinks that is given by a direct installation of the water mailbox as well as the entire sanitary installation. For light installations, we tried to use the minimum of artificial light for the reason that natural lighting is used more, so that all spaces have lighting through dichroic lights.
