Pie Recipe
MIX
2 ½ cups flour
1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon sugar 1 cup butter (2 sticks) Cut butter into flour
1/3 cup + 3 tablespoons ice cold water
Use pastry blender to mix dough divide dough into 2 balls
Put dough in refrigerator for 30 minutes
4 cups fruit or berries 1cup sugar 2 tablespoons cornstarch Mix the berries or fruit carefully Roll out each ball of dough into a big circle be careful to not make it too thin Put 1 circle of dough in the pie tin use a knife to cut on the edges of the pie then put your filling in the crust
Then put the other circle of dough on top of the pie and cut the extra dough coming out of the sides of the pie with a knife then make a slit it the middle of the pie
