Bear Mitts .
Need: 1 pair of 12.00 mm needles 2 100g skeins of Sidar Bigga yarn Crochet needle any size 5.00mm or bigga Scissors
First step- Cast on 20 sts. Row 1- knit. Row 2- knit. Continue for another 14 rows. Row 15- k2tog at the beginning of the row and end but carry on with the same stitch technique. Row 16-knit. Row 17- repeats row15. Until you have 16 stitches left on the needle. Cast off the stitches. Next step is to crochet together the two sides of the mitten The thinner part of the mitten is for the wrist and the fatter part for the fingers. So you need to crochet together the part between the thumb and forefinger.
Notes May I add that if you have larger hands or wrists you will have to adapt the amount of stitches and rows to your needs. You may also have to added extra stitches if you use different yarn, as sidar bigga yarns are a lot thicker than usual chunky yarns.
