Exhibitors are entitled to a 8’ x 8’ space with one table with draping and two chairs included in setup. Setup must take place on the first day of the conference (December 11, 2006) between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. only, and breakdown the final day of the conference (December 12, 2006) between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. (excluding those exhibitors participating in Financial Symposium). All exhibitors are entitled to a minimum of 2 access passes to the conference to be shared amongst staff. During main stage activities and other major activities, no exhibit activities will be allowed to take place. The scheduled times for these activities will be provided at a later date. All fees are nonrefundable. In the case of cancellation on the part of the Christian Times, exhibitor is entitled to a full refund.
