What changes the life of all my past students is the massive action they take to apply what I teach them. Those who use the strategies that I share are the ones who create exceptional success beyond their wildest imaginations. Adam Khoo Since the human mind first wakened from slumber, and was allowed to give itself free rein, it has never ceased to feel the profoundly mysterious nature of timeconsciousness, of the progression of the world in time,-of Becoming. So, here it is. The highly awaited, forever requested “Barnes Method Guitar” Contained inside are many of the best, most consistently successful techniques as compiled by the industry leaders in guitar teaching and ideology + many Barnes specific techniques he invented and created

then i go to www.ultimate-guitar.com and play with it my neighbour was/is amazing with guitar and he plays all day every day so when i started i did the same thing
i noticed cos i'm playing radio song now 7 chords all use 3 fingers
and in the same place on guitar I have had 3 guitar teaches and they suggest to move the fingers around the guitar to become more flexible. I compare that to people who said learning latin helps you learn other languages. Well why learn a dead language Learn the common chords which you will always use and practise moving your fingers between these. Common chords: E, G, D, F, C, A when you advance more then learning scales will give you the finger movements you need
never try only do today learn 1 chord tomorrow learn 3 chords then learn a simple song OASIS songs are good to learn
Guitar Skills the amazing guitar players you see on you tube and said that's in possible, well they learn 50 different skills during 5 years and now they mix them all together. It look skillful and makes your wow, because it is... and you can Learn it. currently as i'm writing this I believe its going to be easy to become a guitar master, because every guitar master (wow player) has 1 extra trick for me to Learn. The guy I see today taps the bottom of his guitar and gets a nice drum sound, so now i'm doing it. The amazing spanish guitarist strums the strings with her thumb, then her stronger finger twice then hits the guitar on the neck. With 10 to 30 minutes practise this is possible, its just a new movement, the Copyright © 2009 Perry Barnes All Rights Reserved in All Media
muscles must become familiar with the movement. So here is a list of various guitar skills which you can learn in any sequence just make certain to practise them... string bends: whilst pushing the string hard play it and move it up still pushing it against the guitar, do the same thing rapidly up and down for vibrato string slides: play the note then slide your finger up or down the guitar use guitar as a drum: watch some videos, don adler is good hammer On/tapping: play a note then tap a second string whilst still holding the 1st note
Luis says: guitar teachers were so rigid well
my previous teacher was quite soulful
but they tell people to move their wrist in an exact motion and to play music structures
none of that stuff is relevant for writing a song or learning someone else's song
only write poems and songs with this one says: I guess you have to have very quick fingers Luis says: huh i'm gonna teach guitar its next on my list of dreams
only write poems and songs with this one says: great Luis says: i'm thinking to make it an all in one learn 2 or 3 songs immediately Copyright © 2009 Perry Barnes All Rights Reserved in All Media
because some are easy to do this
the guitar teachers not show the students though "make sure you wrist is 45 degrees, practise for 2 days hahahaahhah"
where's the fucking passion sorry
then i show them to write a song then how to sing better
only write poems and songs with this one says: you'll be a good teacher Luis says: then how to upload song thanks lady
can you imagine a sex teacher like those guitar teachers
"insert the penis at 45 degrees, practise a horizontal movement for 20 minutes"
(PS: I found a fantastic teacher after I wrote this who moved me to a new level where now I am the guitar expert advising others I meet)

Songwriting and Producing How I wrote Jesus After a Makeover (find it later in the book): I decided to write something happy, so I wrote a poem with the theme of starting to feel good and doing things which make you happy. Then I choose the 2 happiest chords for me (G and E) I play them in a rhythm I like then add the lyrics. I change lyrics to fit the rhythm of the song then make a chorus. I learn the chord D7 from david bowie's song space oddity and love the way it changed the mood of the song. So I put A (I play this for a long time) and D7 together and repeat it to fit the title of the song. Then I feel like saying something cool and american so this becomes the next line for 2 parts of the song. When you write your songs.....
how I wrote Ash with Harmonica: written with an a girl who was convinced she couldn't write a poem, so i wrote the words to rhyme with what she said "i really don't know" > i wrote "how to make this flow" > then i completed it, the legendary bill hicks said " don't you see" and i this phrase i Love then I choose D my favourite chord, dm from if you tolerate this you children will be next the manics song, gm from spread your wings (the most emotional chord in the song) and then back to D, it felt good to hit the strings between the 4 chords, so follow your feelings in songwriting

Copyright © 2009 just the image Guitar Chords Magic essential chords: C, F, D, E, G, A, Am, Bm useful aditional chords: A7, Gm, Em, Dm similar shapes: Bm:F:C, Am:E, A:Bb, these are for english/american songs and some spanish music (brazilian music seems to use different chords and tuning, you can still play brazil music with the essential chords) Remember you can play most of the 4 finger chords with only 3 fingers and it sounds 90% the same, this can be useful for all guitar players if a song asks for Em7 you can play Em and it sounds 80% the same, play the song with the standard Em then if it sounds good continue, if it doesn't sound right then learn the new chord examples: Bb = Bm, C7 = C, A7 = A, G7 = G, D/F = D, G/A = G, usually the major and minor chords sound different G (major) and Gm sound quite different
for next class: what would you love to be able to play? another way of writing chords:
