BADGES OF RANK Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs)
1. Lance Corporal (LCpl) “Corporal”

NCOs wear their badge of rank on their right arm. Warrant Officers (WOs)
5. Warrant Officer Class 2 (WO2) The Company Sergeant Major (CSM) “Sir or Ma’am”
6. Warrant Officer Class 1 (WO1) The Regimental Sergeant Major (RSM) “Sir or Ma’am”
WOs wear their badge of rank on the cuff of their right sleeve. Commissioned Officers
7. 2nd Lieutenant (2Lt) “Sir or Ma’am”
8. Lieutenant (Lt) “Sir or Ma’am”
9. Captain (Capt) “Sir or Ma’am”
11. Lieutenant Colonel (Lt Col) “Sir or Ma’am”

Officers wear their badge of rank on their shoulders. NOTE: With Soldier ’95 clothing it is common to see all badges of rank worn on a fabric slide on the chest. A WO2 wears a large crown on his/her chest whereas a Major wears a small crown.
