Order "peganum harmala" (you'll need 3g [crushed] per drink) and "mimosa hostilis" (root bark, you'll need 5-15g per drink - depends on your bodys abilities to defend / absorb drugs). Thats it. Thank google for mimosa holsitis cold water extraction. This is the easiest extraction and it has beautiful effects. You can cook the root bark instead of cold water extraction (CWE) but just start this way. Those (who I know) who did both cooking and CWE couple of hundret times stick to CWE for good reasons.
