Axcess Civil Subpoena Policy Axcess does not release personally identifying information about our customers except in limited instances related to law, security, or safety. In some cases, Axcess does not typically retain certain information such as outgoing email, downloaded email, or Web/chat logs. To request customer information from Axcess in a civil case, you must serve Axcess with a valid subpoena, court order, or search warrant and agree to Axcess' terms of compensation below. Axcess may ask for additional documentation to support requests for information. Send all subpoenas, court orders, and search warrants for customer information only via U.S. certified mail, Airborne Express, UPS, or Federal Express to: Axcess Internet Services, Inc. Attn: General Counsel PMB #118, 1726 Gregory Ave Sunnyside, WA 98944 All other subpoenas must be served upon Axcess' registered agent, which is on file with the Washington Secretary of State. Axcess charges $75.00 per hour for research, $0.25 per page, and $22.00 to respond by Federal Express. Invoices should be paid within 30 days of receipt. Checks must be made out to Axcess Internet Services, Inc. Axcess will notify all customers upon receiving a civil request for their information. Axcess will generally respond within 15 days unless a formal objection is filed by the customer or we are legally required to do so. To contact the Axcess Legal Department, you may call 509.839.5595.
