

I did almost 6 month Training as a Intern in BSNL on Wireless Communication.



Currently working for HUAWEI TELECOM INDIA (P) Ltd as BSS Engineer from last 2.6 year.



Managing quality control of BTS Cell Sites, doing AT (Acceptance Test) of BSC and BTS.

Provide training, online support and solution to the intra circle field engineers for trouble shooting of occurring faults.



Meeting with the Customer for technical support and problem resolution.

Meeting with the Vendors & Sub Vendors to make the strategies of troubleshooting and problem resolution.



Maintaining the Data Base for project and O&M Requirement.

  

Monitoring alarms, opening trouble tickets and acting towards rectification of faults related to Mobile Access network elements including: BSC (2G),Base Stations, GPRS links, etc. Identifying the root cause and providing the solution for trouble tickets including ensuring minimum downtime for all outages. Co-ordination with Field Team for all port, card, equipment and media related faults.

 

 Ensuring all alarms to be cleared after any planned or unplanned activity.  Updating the actions taken towards rectification of fault in TT. After completion of Drive Team, verify the changes implemented as per the action plan. Integration of BSC with SGSN,BSC with OSS Server M2000,BSC with MSC,BSC with CBC server.
