You are requested to defend WAPDA/TESCO in the above cited case. Power of Attorney duly signed by the competent authority along with summons. Copy of plaint and stay application etc is/are enclosed. The Department concerned is being requested to depute an officer well conversant with the facts of the case of brief you ad supply the relevant record. For any difficulty that may arise in the conduct of the case, this office may be contacted immediately. The department officer be allowed briefing during the office hours. Miscellaneous expensed up to 20% of the professional fee may be incurred and full and accurate account be rendered to this office for reimbursement certified copy of the judgment, be sent for examination and record in case of adverse judgment comments may comments may also be furnished to examine whether or not it is a case for seeking further remedy. The fee will be paid subject to the approval of the competent authority. The prescribed proforma duly filled in alognwith its enclosure duly attested be sent to this office for determination and approval of your fee. While submitting you fee bill kindly intimate the name of the office to which the case relates.

Kindly note that the fee bill will not be entertained unless it is accompanied by a copy of judgment of the court, duly attested by you. Copy of judgment is to be supplied in every case by you whether the case is decided in favour or against the Authority. If it decided against the Authority a certified copy of judgment will have to be supplied by you well before expiry of limitation period.

This case is being entrusted to you on behalf of TESCO /WAPDA. Kindly see that you do no accept any case against TESCO /WAPDA. The fee will be paid in accordance with the schedule of Fee approved by the Authority.

The power of Attorney is being issued under the powers delegated by the Authority on behalf of all the defendants/ respondent.

Appellant Vs TESCO ……………..Respondent KNOW ALL TO whom these presents shall come that the undersigned, hereby appoint Mr. Gul Nazir Advocate Peshawar High Court, Peshawar and (hereinafter called the counsel ) to be advocate for the Chief Executive Officer TESCO in the above mentioned case, to do all the following acts, deeds and things or any of them, that is to say:1. To act, appear and plead in the above mentioned case in this Court or in which the same may be tried or heard in the first instance or in appeal, review, revision or execution or at any other stage of its progress until its final decision 2. To present pleadings, appeals, cross-objections or Petition for execution, review, revision , withdrawal , compromise or other petitions or affidavits or other documents as shall be deemed necessary or advisable for the prosecution of the said case at all its stages. 3. To receive money receipts subject to provision or clauses (4) and (5) below, to do all other act and things which may be necessary to be don for the progress in the course of the persecutions of the said cause. 4. The learned counsel shall not have the authority to comprise or settled the cause or a bond on an issued or to relinquish any part of the claim without express authority from the principal. 5. The learned counsel shall not have the authority to offer on behalf of the principal or be bond by the oath of the opposite party. 6. The principal reserves the right to rectify retrospectively and authorized act of the learned counsel and he is identified against the consequent of all lawful acts done in good faith in exercise of the authority hereby conferred upon him. 7. Both the parties hereby agreed that fee of the learned counsel will be settled and paid after approval of competent authority. 8. All interim cost awarded in consequences of all adjournment for any other cause shall be credited to the principal.
