UNKNOWN MALE WHITE SUBJECT IN EARLY 50'S, BRIGHT BLUE EYES, AND EASTERN EUROPEAN ACCENT

Reference earlier critical reach; Recap On 05/11/09 the 17 yoa female victim was walking to Stevenson High School on Apple Hill Rd (just east of Milwaukee Ave/Rt 21) approaching Rt 22 (in unincorporated Lincolnshire) when she was approached by a M/W subject in a medium sized white 4d vehicle. This subject asked the victim if she was walking to school. When the victim ignored him, he asked the victim if she would like a ride to school. When the victim refused the M/W ordered the victim to get into the veh 3 more times, and in the words of the victim he seemed to become more aggressive each time she refused. The victim then ran to her vehicle which was parked in the area and locked herself inside. The M/W subject drove himself away from the scene in unknown direction of travel. Further victim described the offender in his 50's w/gray hair and bright blue eyes . The victim added that the subject had a very thick Russian or Eastern European accent.
