Ms. Judy Lin brings more than 20 years of experience leading both start-ups and established businesses. Currently, she is the Chief Product Officer at Silver Spring Networks. Prior to joining Silver Spring Networks, Judy was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Cisco's Ethernet Switching Technology Group, responsible for Catalyst 2000 and 3000 product families. Previously, she was Senior Vice President and General Manager at Electronics for Imaging, a leading provider of imaging solutions. In 1996, Judy joined VeriSign as a founding member of its development team, where she played an instrumental role in building technology, infrastructure and products that enabled the company to achieve $1.5 billion in annual revenue. While at VeriSign, she served as Senior Vice President overseeing product development, IT services and infrastructure operations and as Executive Vice President and General Manager for the security services division.

Mr. Peter Liu is the founder and vice chairman of New Resource Bank, which focuses on delivering a new standard in banking service while promoting green and sustainable resources in its communities. Opened in 2006, the bank has created new financing options for renewable energy, green buildings and other green business sectors.

Mr. Fred Greguras is a partner in the Palo Alto office of K&L Gates who focuses his practice on strategic issues for global clean technology, software, internet, media and life sciences companies - with an emphasis on the start-up and emerging company stages. This includes, in particular, project and other financings of various types, M&A and a full range of other transactions in both domestic and international marketplaces.

Mr. Arturo Perez-Reyes is an insurance broker and risk consultant for Saylor & Hill Co. His clients include the largest grid-level solar generators (both thermal and CPV), the largest global PV manufacturers, several large commercial PPA players, and energy consulting firms.

Mr. Liu was previously with Credit Suisse and Chase Manhattan, where he focused on energy and project finance. He has also been an air quality regulator at the California Air Resources Board and an engineer with Chevron. He currently serves on the boards of the China U.S. Energy Efficiency Alliance, the Climate Action Reserve, the Christensen Fund and the Roots of Change Fund. He has also served as a clean technology investment advisory board member to the California Public Employees Retirement Systems and the California Teachers Retirement Systems.

In the international arena, Mr. Greguras has substantial experience representing companies with a market focus on or operations in China, Vietnam and India, and in supporting investors from those countries. During his 25-plus year tenure in the Silicon Valley, he has also been a venture capitalist and a general counsel and CFO for a startup.

He has placed every aspect of insurance from builders risk to property and general liabilities for his clients and EPC-led programs as well as specialized liability lines such as professional, pollution, and management. He has developed various insurance solutions that cover multi-year projects, multiple LLC arrangements, as well as multisite portfolios. He has negotiated on PPA, interconnect, and hosting contracts, as well as resolved impaired access to financing or bonds. He has done energy-related risk consulting for Sacramento Municipal District, Electric Power Research Institute, and heavy engineering firms such as Flour and Ch2mHill.
