Overview Remote Control Battery Installation Note: Please pull out the PVC when the remote control unit is first using.

Insert your finger nails into A and B on the diagram below, press A according to the direction, then pull out the battery holder.

Remove the old battery, then insert the new battery into the battery holder with the + side facing upwards.

Fit the battery holder back to its place.

Note: To prevent leakage of fluid from the lithium battery, remove the battery when not using the remote control unit for long periods of time (one month or more). If the battery leaks fluid, carefully wipe it out of the battery case, then change to a new lithium battery. 6

Start Connection Cables

Connecting Power

1. Connect the DC jack to the backside of Portable Handheld TV. 2. Connect the power adapter to AC outlet. Note: AC-DC adapter specification: 12V/1.5A. Please using the adapter that is the standard accessory of the Portable Handheld TV.

Connecting Antenna

1. Connect the antenna to antenna socket on the Portable Handheld TV.

Flat Antenna (optional)

Digital Cable (Clear QAM)

Note: If you have digital cable, your cable provider broadcasts the local digital channels in a non-encrypted form. These non-encrypted channels are known as Clear QAM. Connect your digital cable to Portable Handheld TV to received digital channels.

Start Connecting to Earphone

1. Connect the earphone plug securely to the earphone jack on the Portable Handheld TV. 2. To listen to the audio, using Vol+ / Vol- to adjust the volume to a comfortable level.

Earphone (optional)

Note: Insert the earphones plug securely. No sound will be heard unless the earphones are securely connected.

Connecting TV

1. Connect the video plug (yellow) of the AV cable to the AV IN jack (yellow) on the TV (As shown in image 1). 2. Connect the audio plug (white and red) of the AV cable to the corresponding jack on the TV (As shown in image 2). 3. Connect the other end of the AV cable to the AV OUT jack on the Portable Handheld TV (As shown in image 3).

Start Connecting to Audio/Video Devices (VCR, DVD Recorder...) 1. Connect the video plug (yellow) of the AV cable to the AV OUT jack (yellow) on the DVD Recorder. 2. Connect the audio plug (white and red) of the AV cable to the corresponding jack on the DVD Recorder. 3. Connect the other end of the AV cable to the AV IN jack on the Portable Handheld TV.

Note: Please set the Portable Handheld TV to AV input mode.

Charging the Battery Press the INFO button on the remote control to view the battery status (fully chargedgreen , half charged-yellow , low-red ). When the battery is low, a red battery icon blinks in the top-right corner of the screen. Note: When the battery is low, a red battery icon blinks in the top-right corner of the screen, charge the battery about 5-6 hours. Warning : The Portable handheld TV contains a Lithium-polymer battery pack. There is a risk of fire and burns if the battery pack is handled improperly. Do not disassemble, crush, puncture, short external contacts, or dispose of in fire or water.

Start Set Up

Activate the Portable Handheld TV 1. Follow the instructions (indicated in the "Connection Cable" section) to connect the power supply and other required peripheral devices. 2. Make sure that the batteries have been properly installed in the remote control. 3. Press POWER on the remote control or POWER on the Portable Handheld TV to turn on the Portable Handheld TV.

Advanced Operation Menu Function Guide

Press MENU on the remote control to enter the menu.

You can perform the following setup tasks after entering the "MENU" :

Channel Channel Input 1. Select Channel Input from the Channel and press OK. Then you need to select Digital Antenna TV option to search only for air digital channels, or select CADTV (Clear-QAM digital cable) to scan for digital cable channels. 2. Use the buttons to select input according to your personal requirement.

Channel Scan 1. Select Channel Scan from the Channel and press OK to start channel scan.

Channel Add 1. Select Channel Add from the Channel  and press OK to start scan add channel.

Advanced Operation Channel Edit 1. Select Channel Edit from the Channel and press OK. 2. Use the buttons to move the color block to define certain programs you wish to delete or add, press OK.

Manual Scan 1. Select Manual Scan from the Channel and press OK. 2. Use the buttons to select the channels. 3. Press OK to confirm delete or add channel.

Setup Clock 1. Select Clock from the Setup and press OK. 2. Use the buttons to select Time Zone to the time zone where you are located.

Sleep Mode 1. Select Sleep Mode from the Setup and press OK. 2. Use the buttons to select the desired time or Off sleep timer. Note: If remote control has been inactive for more than 4 hours, the Portable Handheld TV will automatically go into sleep mode. Press POWER button, it will to restart active power on the Portable Handheld TV. 12

Advanced Operation Aspect Ratio 1. Select Aspect Ratio from the Setup and press OK. 2. Use the buttons to select the desired Aspect Ratio mode.

Picture 1. Select Picture from the Setup and press OK. 2. Use the buttons to select your desired setting items, press OK. 3. Use the buttons to adjust the number. 4. To reset the setting to the picture default, please select Color Default and press OK.

System Information 1. Select System Information from the Setup and press OK. 2. Displays the current system software version information. 3. To reset the setting to the factory default, please press OK button, select Yes then press OK.

Language Display Language 1. Select Display Language from the Language and press OK. 2. Use the buttons to select your desired Display Language.

Advanced Operation Audio Language 1. Select Audio Language from the Language and press OK. 2. Use the buttons to select your desired Audio Language.

Caption Select 1. Select Caption Select from the Language and press OK. 2. Use the buttons to select the desired ACC (Analog Close Captioning) or DCC (Digital Close Captioning) mode. Note: To enable the DCC View function, please select DCC and select .

Note: If your television is equipped with a caption feature, you may want to turn captioning off on your television in order to avoid double captions on the screen.

Inserte sus clavos del dedo en A y B en el diagrama abajo, presiona A según la dirección, después saca el sostenedor de batería

Quite la vieja batería, después inserte la batería nueva en el sostenedor de batería con + los revestimientos laterales hacia arriba.

Quepa el sostenedor de batería de nuevo a su lugar.

1. Conecte el conector de vídeo (amarillo) del cable AV a la conexión AV OUT (color amarillo) de su Grabador DVD. 2. Conecte el conector de audio (blanco y rojo) del cable AV a la conexión correspondiente de su Grabador DVD. 3. Conecte el otro extremo del cable del sistema de pesos americano con el sistema de pesos americano EN gato en la TV Handheld portable.

Mode De Espera 1. Seleccione Mode De Espera en Disposición y pulse OK. 2. Utilice las teclas para seleccionar el tiempo deseado de apagado automático. Nota: Si el mando a distancia ha sido inactivo por más de 4 horas, la caja del convertidor entrará automáticamente modo del sueño.
