COURSEOBJECTIVE: ComputerGraphicsIintroducesthestudyofbasictointermediategraphicdesign.Studentswilllearntechniquesutilizinga moderncomputerlabwiththelatestAdobesoftwaresuiteusedbygraphicdesignersintheindustrytoday.Theclassoffersa handsonlearningatmosphere.The“inclass”exercisesandtakehomeprojectsfacilitateapplicableskillsfordesignersandthe foundationforacareeringraphicdesignforcontinuingstudents.

GRADINGPOLICY: Attendanceisextremelyimportantandwillaffectthestudent’sgrade.Unexcusedabsenceswillresultinafailureoftheweekly grade.Missedassignmentsmustbecompletedonthestudent’sowntime. Takehomeassignmentsmustbecompletedbytheduedate.Latesubmissionsmayaffectyourgrade. Studentswillberequiredtocompleteinclassexercises.Participationisessentialforvisualandinteractivelearning.
