ingrediente: 1 kg ardei grasi; sos alb: 75 g unt sau margarina, 60 g faina, 500 ml lapte, 100 g brinza telemea, zeama sau sare de lamiie, marar sau patrunjel tocat; 50-100 g brinza telemea sau cascaval ras. mod de preparare: ardeii mai grasi si drepti se coc si apoi se curata. dupa ce s-au curatat, se taie in felii late si se asaza in strat subtire in vasul uns cu unt. se pregateste sosul alb. sosul nu se sareaza deoarece ardeii au absorbit sare suficienta, cind au fost presarati dupa ce s-au copt. se acreste putin si se aromeaza cu marar sau patrunjel taiat marunt, apoi se desarta peste ardei, presarindu-se cu brinza rasa. se infierbinta la cuptor cu 10 minute inainte de servire.
