TEAM OR CLUB REP CLOTHING:              

                                    

GENERAL TOURNAMENT PLAY:              Non‐tennis clothing is not permitted.             (Eg. dress shirts, singlets, football shorts,  jumpers, walk shorts, gym shorts, jeans etc)             

Players should wear clean & customarily  acceptable tennis attire.   

PLAYERS’ DRESS AND EQUIPMENT     AMT/Junior Tour    All events   WARM‐UP CLOTHING, SWEATERS, JACKETS :     

 

Warm‐up clothing must comply with Manufacturer, Commercial  & Team or Club clothing logo regulations.  Players may wear  warm‐up clothing during the match itself only with prior  approval of the Referee.   Jackets with hoods allowed. 

 

Players are permitted to wear, club,  regional, state, or national representative                                            clothing/uniforms.  Rep logos:  MAX 5sq inches/32sqcms.                Located anywhere on clothing incl caps.     Logos which advertise specific coaching or  tennis related businesses or private  academies must comply with commercial  logo restrictions 

MANUFACTURER’S LOGOS: SHIRTS:  SLEEVES  One (1) logo each sleeve ‐ no size restriction  FRONT, BACK, COLLAR, SHOULDER SEAM         MAX Three (3) logos in any combination of     these locations.              No size restriction  SHORTS:                                                            MAX three (3) logos anywhere on shorts.   No size restrictions  COMPRESSION SHORTS/LEG‐INs:                  No restriction on logo size or number   **Must be worn under normal shorts/skirt 

CAP, HAT, HEADBAND AND WRISTBAND:   Any headwear deemed by the referee to be 

appropriate for tennis is allowed. 

Any writing, logo, or design must be                  ‘tennis specific”.   No logo size or number restrictions  (Emphasis placed on players wearing  headwear whenever possible) 

RACKET:  Strings and frame /  SOCKS AND SHOES/  BAGS, TOWELS  For all of these…       No logo restrictions 

 

COMMERCIAL LOGOS: (including private academies/tennis businesses) 

     Note:                                                                                                                                1. Players competing in ITF events[Junior and Pro‐tour] should be aware of  tougher clothing restrictions at that level‐ logo size, number, placement‐  check ITF regulations.  2. No taping can be used to cover illegal logos 

    Two (2) commercial logos allowed                    anywhere on clothing          MAX 3 sq inches/19.5 sq cms each.  Note: Commercial logos placed anywhere  other than on sleeves will render clothing                 illegal for ITF level events.
