Dear <<APPL NAME>> This is the reference to your application and the subsequent interview which was held with us. On behalf of the Board of Governors of JR Global International School, Ghaziabad, Utter Pradesh. I am pleased to offer you an appointment for the post mentioned above. Your appointment is effective from <>, the day you are expected to join the school, on the following terms and condition:-

PAY :- You will be entitled for a monthly remuneration of INR <> <>.

The appointment will be subjected to the following terms and condition:1. You will be probation for a period of one year from the date of joining duty. The period of probation may be extended at the discretion of the appropriate authority. During the period of probation, your services are liable to be terminated by either side with a notice of one month pay in lieu of, without assigning any reason. 2. On successful completion and your confirmation, which will be communicated to you writing, the appointment may be terminated by either side, viz, the appointee or the school without assigning any reason. However, your notice period must not include the vacation scheduled in the year and must come prior to the commencement of any holiday. 3. Your services may be terminated at any time by the school without any prior notice, if the school is satisfied that you are medically unfit and are likely to remain unfit for a considerable period by reason of ill health, for the discharge of your normal duties. The decision of the school that you are likely to be unfit shall be conclusively binding on you. 4. Your services shall automatically stand terminated on completion of the age of superannuation i.e – 60 years. Other Conditions: 1. You will abide by all rules and regulations of the school in all matters of employment and condition of services, as modified or amended from time to time. 2. You will undertake such assignment/responsibilities as are given to you from time to time by the Principal/appropriate authority. 3. This offer is subject to the condition that:You are medically fit on examination by the school’s authorized medical officer at the time of your joining. You don’t have more than one spouse living. No criminal/disciplinary proceeding is pending against you. 4. At the time of joining you should furnish the following documents along with your joining report and undertake all other joining formalities before your joining report is accepted. a. Three passport size photographs. b. Release order from the present employer/organization. c. Certificate of age (H.S.C)/School leaving ass proof of your age. d. Certificate of Education/professional qualification. e. A declaration in the prescribed form about marital status. f. A declaration in the prescribed form that no criminal/disciplinary proceeding against you. g. Medical certificate of fitness from the school’s Authorised Medical Officer. Other regulation:

1. You will discharge the duties assigned to you diligently so as to fulfil the objectives of the school from the position occupied by you to the satisfaction of the superiors and other stake holders like the students and parents. 2. As an employee, you shall be the whole time employee of the institution and shall not engage yourself in any business or otherwise, during the period of your employment at the school. 3. You shall devote yourself fully and honesty to the duties assigned to you from time to time and shall not accept any job of a remunerative character from any source other than the school or give private tuition to any student of any person without the written permission of the principal. 4. You shall conform to all rules and regulations in force from time to time in the institution and shall obey all other lawful orders/instructions/directions of the principal as are given to you in correction with the day-today discharge of your duties in the institution. 5. You shall not refuse to receive any communication whenever it is offered or delivered to you personally and shall sign on the duplicate copy of the same in acknowledgement of its having been received by you. 6. You shall be responsible for the safe custody of the registers, books and other, material/records entrusted to you and in case of loss or damage, and the Management Committee shall have the right to initiate disciplinary proceedings against you. 7. In case any act constituting misconduct is alleged against you, disciplinary proceeding will be initiated against you. However your services can be terminated without notice on grounds of gross indiscipline. Gross misconduct/misbehaviour, gross neglect of duty or any other omission/commission of act pre-judicial to the school interest. 8. You shall not utilize or divulge any secrets or business affairs of the institution and shall safeguard of the institution. 9. You shall maintain integrity and devotion to duty and shall not do anything, which is unbecoming of an employee. 10. You shall not absent yourself from the institution without leave or without the prior permission of the Principal. 11. You shall also be entitled to casual and other leave benefits in accordance with the rules framed by the school. Leave shall not be claimed as a matter of right. Sanction of leave shall depend on the exigencies of the school, and shall be at the discretion of the Principal/Vice-Principal
