EVALUATION PLAN
Some students are undecided because they don’t know what values they have and what they value in a career The Holland Party would help them learn a little about the different traits (letters) and may help them start to figure out what values they specifically have and what is important to them
Survey Students; did this event help you determine a possible major or program of study? Take attendance at event and compare that to institutional data Track attendance at the Career Center; is there an increase in visits after the intervention?
Once the determine that, they may be able to determine a potential career they’d like, which could then help them determine a major
Follow up with our residents individually to see what effect the intervention has had on them
