Maam/Sir: As a secondary science teacher for almost 10 years, I’ve found that my passion for (and commitment to teaching) have only grown with every year. Even with the complexities of the current educational landscape, the challenges of executing a balanced lesson plan amidst technological distraction and helping advanced students achieve their goals uplift my purpose to a new level. I have dedicated my career to helping students of all levels learn science concepts and make it applicable to related skills they need to go on to college and everyday life beyond high school, and would love to continue that path with Honorato C. Perez Memorial Science High School. In my current position, I teach research subject to students in grades 9 through 10. Over my ten years of teaching in private and public school, I’ve made it a point to stay up to date on the most current pedagogy and teaching methods, and use custom lesson planning to develop relevant curricula for students in order to maximize their engagement on complex concepts. I’ve also presented few research papers at the Division Conferences of Nueva Ecija - Junior High School Category and represented the division to the Regional Conference and I would bring that enthusiasm and expertise to your school.
