REGISTRATION FORM Term & Condition •

Deposit Payment: 50% (With Space Reservation Form) second / final payment (On Or Before 1st JUNE 2009).

•

Booth number and visa application of work permit will be finalized only upon receiving 50% deposit payment.

•

The organizer will NOT entertain any further discount beside as stated. All bookings will only be confirmed upon payment received.

•

All booths will sold on basis of first come first basis according to the payment terms. The exhibitor must make the full payment by 1st JUNE 2009, failing which the booth will be sold to others and deposit paid will be forfeited.

•

All payments are non- refundable.

•

The organizer has the right to reject any applications received even after receiving the deposit payment from the exhibitors. The organizer also has the right to change the layout and floor plan to some business needs at any time without consulting with the exhibitors.

•

The exhibitor cannot sell any other product except which is approved by the organizer during the confirmation of the booth.

•

All eligible Malaysia Exhibitor will be able to claim 50% booth rental from MATRADE (subject to term & condition).

Contract Of Acceptance I, the duly authorized representative of the above- named organization, subscribe and agree to all terms and conditions, including but not limited to, the rules and regulations stated for booth space and service at the Malaysia Job And Education Fair 2009.
