Application Statement I understand that upon signing this application I will be temporarily accepted at Oakbridge Academy of Arts, and that I will be fully accepted upon signing an enrollment agreement. I further understand that I shall be required to abide by the rules and regulations of the school as defined in the student handbook, and that I will pay tuition fees and other charges as stated in the current catalog of the Oakbridge Academy of Arts. I hereby give consent to allow my picture, as taken by and for the school, and my art or photography, to be reproduced for publicity or promotional purposes.
