APA COUNTY PLANNING DIVISION & NACP ELECTION REPORT The APA County Planning Division (APACPD) and the NACP recently completed At-Large Member elections for their leadership teams. The APACPD and NACP are tied together by the joint leadership team. Both groups advocate for positive community development and county planning programs throughout the United States.
