HANDLING Lifting/Stacking Gantry – Board Products Products used – HEAVY DUTY The modular concept of our Heavy Duty system and the ease at which the product can be constructed into a gantry make this an ideal solution for any lifting and stacking application where utmost reliability is required 24 hrs a day. The X axis stroke is 10 metres long and uses Heavy Duty rack driven slides mounted on to the standard HD beam in order to position the Z axis Speed 2.5m/s Duty cycle 110 cycles per hour 16 hours /day The Z axis stroke of 2.4 metres is achieved telescopically as height in the factory is restricted. This axis is again rack driven utilising the smaller HD compact beam. The grippers and associated services are then attached to the base of the Z axis Duty cycle 110 cycles per 16 hours / day Payload 110 kg. The complete system is supplied with steel legs and all the necessary extra elements, cable chain, lubrication for rack etc for ease of installation.
