Q: What flaws in the strategic planning of BTM have you noticed? • Selection of wrong industry at wrong place • Unnecessary employment • Need of Skilled People • Lack of Interest by Government • NO Reevaluation while loss • Payment to employees without work
Q: While addressing the problem of BTM, What lesson could be drawn from Mariabad? • Consumers needs should always kept in mind • Product Price should be suitable at Market level • Quality of Product should be maintained • Complete analysis, research & efforts are required before investment.
Q: In your Opinion, What could have been the options available regarding the future of BTM? • Supplying fruits & preserving it for export. • Preparing Marmalade & Juices. • Coal Production • Crockery • But all other than textile.
