Booking Information: To secure a place on a workshop please send a deposit (50% of the total course fee) to: An Talamh, Stonepark, Skreen, Co Sligo. All deposits are non-refundable but are transferable. For all full day workshops please bring your own lunch and something to share. For movement and nature-based workshops please bring boots, waterproof jacket and leggings. Please book your chosen workshop two weeks ahead to avoid disappointment as places are limited.

Day long workshop suitable for absolute beginners and established writers using the Schneider Method.

This workshop will explore simple and effective practices for self-care to release stress in the body, mind and spirit.

Anyone requiring financial assistance to attend a workshop can contact An Talamh on 087 4184184 to draw on this fund. An Tobar can be added to by a variety of means, for example, facilitators donating their time or part of their fee, or by individuals giving financial support. If you wish to donate to this fund please let us know and it will be added to An Tobar in your name.
