Parking barriers Exceptional dynamics: Use of an advanced flux vector motor control minimises cycle times. Customisation of "Up / Down" cycles due to the assignment of several functions on the same logic input: Different ramps for up / down cycles. Up priority if obstructed going down. Different pre-selectable speeds both for up / down cycles. Answers to abrupt weather changes: Operation assured down to -10°C.

Hoardings Serial configurations and simplified maintenance: Use of PowerSuite software workshop on standard PC or Pocket PC. Optimisation of size Use of baseplate version. Solutions for power supply line noise: Built-in EMC class B filters. Reduction in generated pollution: Switching frequency of 16 kHz.

Customise your settings with the minimum of effort The built-in display guides you through the main parameters for fast configuration. Does your application require particular settings? 3 simple and intuitive menus allow you to: adjust the parameters of your motor application, configure the specific functions of your machine, select the value indicated on the display of the drive…. For improved security, your settings can be automatically saved on the Altivar 11 and subsequently recalled.

Protect everything in memory with PowerSuite* software In addition to its user-friendliness and ergonomics for adjusting and storing your parameters, PowerSuite allows the back-up of each configuration. This, in turn, can be quickly recalled and used for similar applications without the risk of error. * Software which is common to the Altivar range of variable speed drives.
