Alternative medicine “Alternative medicine is defined as that which, cannot be tested, refuses to be tested or consistently fails tests. If a healing technique is demonstrated to have curative properties in properly controlled trials, it ceases to be alternative. It simply becomes medicine.” Biologist Richard Dawkins, of Oxford University, UK
The difference between a virus, bacteria, germ, pathogen… Pathogens pathogen n. An agent that causes disease, especially a living microorganism such as a bacterium
Bacterium (the singular form of the word bacteria), is a one-celled living organism, with complete sets of both RIBONUCLEIC acid (RNA) and DEOXYRIBONUCLEIC acid (DNA) genetic codes. A virus is a section of RNA or DNA covered by a protein shell. Bacterium, is at least a hundred times larger than a typical virus.
The metabolism of most bacteria is on average one-seventeenth as efficient as our own. One major difference between viruses and bacteria is the method of reproduction. Bacterium is completely self-contained and self-reproducing (asexual). Bacterium splits its DNA and RNA genetic material in two. Separate cell walls will build up around these two new bacteria, and this process will continue until thousands or millions of bacteria ha ve formed. This is how strains of bacteria survi ve in almost e very environment on Earth, including non-living surfaces like rocks or plastic.
(n) virus ((virology) ultramicroscopic infectious agent that replicates itself only within cells of living hosts; many are pathogenic; a piece of nucleic acid (DNA or RNA) wrapped in a thin coat of protein.
A virus, A virus is a section of RNA or DNA covered by a
protein shell. A virus cannot reproduce without a living host. Once it enters the body of a host, a virus uses leg-like appendages to clamp onto a cell and a spike or chemical coating to penetrate the cell wall. Once inside a living cell, a virus replaces the cell's original DNA or RNA commands with its own genetic instructions. Those instructions are usually to make as many copies of the virus as possible. Once the individual cell has outlived its usefulness, it explodes and sends out thousands of copies of the original virus to other unsuspecting cells. . A virus may lie dormant for thousands of years before finally coming into contact with a suitable host.
OXYGEN o2 & CANCER "Cancer, above all other diseases, has countless secondary causes. But, even for cancer, there is only one prime cause. Summarized in a few words, the prime cause of cancer is the replacement of the respiration of oxygen in normal body cells by a fermentation of sugar."
Dr. Otto Heinri ch Warbur g (October 8, 1883, – August 1, 1970, Berlin), son of physicist Emil Warburg, was a German physiologist, medical doctor and Nobel laureate and one of the twentieth century's leading cell biologists. Discovered the cause of
cancer in 1923 and received his first Nobel Prize in 1931 for doing so. Dr. Warburg demonstrated that when the level of oxygen available to the cell drops below 40% of normal, the cell, in order to survive, begins to ferment the sugar anaerobically
yielding only 1/15 the energy
per
glucose molecule that a normal cell produces.. The regulatory mechanisms on cell replication are shut off, and the cell begins to make copies of itself wildly. The growth of cancer cells is supported by fermentation which can be initiated only in the relative absence
of oxygen.
This is why cancer cells have such a huge appetite for
sugar , and also why people who consume excessive quantities of sugar tend to get cancer more often. The anaerobic breakdown of glucose by cancer cells forms large amounts of lactic acid as a waste product, the same substance formed by fermentation of lactose, as in spoiled milk. The liver converts some of this back into glucose, in an attempt to salvage a food source from a toxic waste. In doing this the liver uses 1/5 the energy per glucose molecule than a normal cell can derive from it, but that's three times the energy a cancer cell will get from it. The more the weak, deranged cancer cell multiply, the more energy is lost to the normal cells. Thus we find that lo w levels of both oxygen and energy tend to occur where cancer is present

CHLORINE
The chlorination of water supplies began early in the twentieth century as a response to cholera and typhoid epidemics (water-borne pathogens) which were killing many people. It worked; people stopped dying of cholera and typhoid. Instead they began developing cancers, arteriosclerosis, heart disease and other chronic degenerative diseases, years later. Remember you drink chlorine in every glass of tap water and fluoride to depending on your water supply.
FLUORIDE
Alot of countries don’t use fluoride, here’s what they said France: "Fluoride chemicals are not included in the list [o f 'chemicals for drinking water treatment']. This is due to ethical as well as medical considerations." (Louis Sanchez, Directeur de la Protection de l'Environment, August 25, 2000). www.fluoridealert.org/ france.jpeg Denmark: "We are pleased to in form you that according to the Danish Ministry o f Environment and Energy, toxic fluorides have never been added to the public water supplies. Consequently, no Danish cit y has ever been fluoridated." (Klaus Werner, Royal Danish Embassy, Washington DC, December 22, 1999). www.fluoridation.com/c-denmark.htm
Finland: "We do not fa vor or recommend fluoridation of drinking water. There are better ways o f providing the fluoride our teeth need." (Paavo Poteri, Acting Managing Director, Helsinki Water, Finland, February 7, 2000). www.fluoridation.com/c-finland.htm Luxembourg: "Fluoride has never been added to the public water supplies in Luxembourg. In our views, the drinking water isn't the suitable way for medicinal treatment and that people needing an addition of fluoride can decide by their own to use the most appropriate way, like the intake of fluoride tablets, to cover their [daily] needs." (Jean-Marie RIES, Head, Water Department, Administration De L'Environment, May 3, 2000). www.fluoridealert.org/luxembourg.jpeg Germany: "Generally, in Germany fluoridation o f drinking water is forbidden. The relevant German law allows exceptions to the fluoridation ban on application. The argumentation o f the Federal Ministry o f Health against a general permission o f fluoridation of drinking water is the problematic nature of compuls[ory] medication." (Gerda Hankel-Khan, Embassy of Federal Republic of Germany, September 16, 1999).
FLUORIDE Approved uses for fluoride were as an INSECTICIDE and RAT POISON. Fluoride used by Nazis to sterilize inmates and make them docile. Fluoride is a key dumbing down ingredient of Prozac and Sarin nerve gas – The suggestion that fluoride be added to water was made by a researcher by the name of ‘Gerald Cox’ back in the 1930’s and Fluoride science that was – paid science- then- is the same science we used to justify it’s use now. Fluoride is a by-product of aluminium production and in the 1930’s the aluminium corporation of America paid for results that were passed in court back in the 1930’s, . . if you look around a lot of what we interact with in society is based on a model that came from the 1930’s or the 1950’s. Fluoride science was paid-for and justified by companies so that they could dump a by-product of aluminium production. Google “the fluoride deception”
H2O2 hydrogen pyroxide When penicillin is effective against infection, it is largely due to the formation of bacterial amounts of H2O2, when glucose is oxidized by O2 in the presence of penicillin notatin. (General Biochemistry, Fruton & Simmonds 577.1 F944 p. 339) Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) has long been recognized as essential to the proper use of oxygen by the cells. Dr. Linus Pauling has demonstrated that large doses of vitamin C are effective against cancer. The mainstream medical community still has not acknowledged this discovery, let alone put it to use, despite Dr. Pauling's previous credentials. As it turns out, vitamin C actually creates extra H2O2 in the body.
Mother's milk contains a high amount of H2O2, especially colostrum, the first milk secreted after birth, which activates the newborns immune systems, and key to many other metabolic processes. Under conditions of optimum health, H2O2 is produced by the body's immune system in whatever amounts are needed to quickly destroy any invading hostile organisms. It is made by combining water in the body with the free oxygen that is supposed to be available. When the body is oxygen-starved, it can't produce enough H2O2 to wipe out invading pathogens, which can then get the upper hand and cause visible disease.
OZONE 03 1. Ozone stimulates the production of white blood cells. These cells protect the body from viruses, bacteria, fungi and cancer. If, deprived of oxygen, these cells malfunction. They fail to eliminate invaders and even turn against normal, healthy cells (allergic reactions). Ozone significantly raises the oxygen levels in the blood for long periods after ozone administration; as a result, allergies have a tendency to become desensitized. 2. Interferon levels are significantly increased. Interferons are globular proteins. Interferons orchestrate every aspect of the immune system, inhibit viral replication. 3. Ozone stimulates the production of Tumor Necrosis Factor. TNF is produced by the body when a tumor is growing. Ozone stimulates the secretion of IL-2. Interluekin-2 is one of the cornerstones of the immune system. It is secreted by Thelpers. T-helper causes it to produce more IL-2. Ozone's main duty is to induce Lymphocytes to differentiate and proliferate, yielding more T-helpers, Tsuppressors, cytotoxic T's, T-delayed's and T-memory cells. 4. Ozone kills most bacteria at low concentrations. The metabolism of most bacteria is on average one-seventeenth as efficient as our own. 5. Ozone is effective against all types of fungi. This includes systemic candida albicans, athlete's foot, molds, mildews, yeasts, and even mushrooms. 6. Ozone fights viruses in a variety of ways. As discussed above, ozone also goes after the viral particles directly. 7. Ozone is antineoplastic. This means that ozone inhibits the growth of new tissue because rapidly dividing cells shift their priorities away from producing the enzymes needed to protect themselves from the ozone. Cancer cells are rapidlydividing cells and are inhibited by ozone. 8. Ozone oxidizes arterial plaque. It breaks down the plaque involved in both Arteriosclerosis and Arthrosclerosis. 9. This means ozone has a tendency to clear blockages of large and even smaller vessels. This allows for better tissue oxygenation in deficient organs. 10. Ozone increases the flexibility and elasticity of red blood cells. 11. Ozone accelerates the Citric Acid Cycle. Also known as the Krebs Cycle or TCA Cycle, this is a very important step in the glycolysis of carbohydrates for energy. 12. Ozone makes the antioxidant enzyme system more efficient. 13. Ozone degrades petrochemicals. These chemicals have a potential to place a great burden on the immune system.
WHY ISN'T IT ALREADY IN USE?
The obvious question is, if hyper-oxygenation is
so simple and effective,
why has it taken so long to discover it? Ozone is hardly new and hydrogen peroxide has been on the market for over a century. Why aren't all doctors already using it ? How come this story isn't all over the major news outlets?
Turning the question around helps clarify the problem. Just exactly what would happen if a cure was discovered that was completely effective against the vast majority of diseases, ridiculously cheap and plentiful, and in most cases could be self-administered without a physician?
DIET & FASTING Fasting restores health by giving the overloaded blood cells a chance to dump the toxins and inert matter through normal organs of elimination at a rate they can handle, instead of through the skin, as in acne, or other inappropriate places. If the fast is long enough, accumulated residues in the body are also scoured out and expelled, giving a considerable spiritual resurgence once all the backlog is cleared away. While the debris is flushed out, various toxic reactions may come and go. Once the blood is cleansed the red corpuscles have alot more room for oxygen molecules, the oxygen saturation of the molecules is high, and health and energy are boosted considerably. Each breath now gives more life than it was able to in the bloods earlier state. Most long-lived native peoples, who are not affected by our more common diseases, either include fasting as a regular part of their yearly food cycles, or eat much less overall, than industrialized peoples. Even just eating daily, without ever giving the gastro-intestinal tract a rest, loads down the blood with toxins and impurities, especially uric acid crystals. Under a microscope these resemble tiny coffin lids, interestingly enough, another clue to our Creator's whimsical sense of humor. When the waste products exceed the cleansing capacity of the kidney's, the blood ends up just having to haul it around the body and stash it wherever
possible. These toxins literally take up so much room in the blood cells that the cells can't take on enough oxygen when they pass through the lungs. The bloods primary function of picking up and distributing oxygen gets blocked by overuse of garbage-hauling function.
THE MEANING IN FOOD COLOUR
Red Fruits and Vegetables Contain nutrients such as lycopene, ellagic acid, Quercetin, and Hesperidin, to name a fe w. These nutrients reduce the risk of prostate cancer, lower blood pressure, reduce tumor gro wth and LDL cholesterol levels, scavenge harmful free-radicals, and support join tissue in arthritis cases.
Orange and Yellow fruits and vegetables Contain beta-carotene, zeaxanthin, flavonoids, lycopene, potassium, and vitamin C. These nutrients reduce age-related macula degeneration and the risk of prostate cancer, lower LDL cholesterol and blood pressure, promote collagen formation and healthy joints, fight harmful free radicals, encourage alkaline balance, and work with magnesium and calcium to build healthy bones.
Green vegetables and Fruit Green vegetables contain chlorophyll, fiber, lutein, zeaxanthin, calcium, folate, vitamin C, calcium, and Beta-carotene. The nutrients found in these vegetables reduce cancer risks, lower blood pressure and LDL cholesterol levels, normalize digestion time, support retinal health and vision, fight harmful free-radicals, and boost immune system activity.
Blue and purple fruits and vegetables Contain nutrients which include lutein, zeaxanthin, resveratrol, vitamin C, fiber, flavonoids, ellagic acid, and quercetin. Similar to the previous nutrients, these nutrients support retinal health, lower LDL cholesterol, boost im mune syste m activity, support healthy digestion, improve calcium and other mineral absorption, fight inflammation, reduce tumor gro wth, act as an anticarcinogens in the digestive tract, and limit the activity of cancer cells.
White fruits and vegetables Contain nutrients such as beta-glucans, EGCG, SDG, and lignans that provide po werful immune boosting activity. These nutrients also activate natural killer B and T cells, reduce the risk of colon, breast, and prostate cancers, and balance hormone levels, reducing the risk of hormone-related cancers.
red Phytonutrients: Helps maintain memory functions, a healthy heart and circulation, and urinary tract health Watermelon, apples, grapefruit, red bell pepper, and tomatoes Yellow/Orange Phytonutrients: Helps sustain a health immune system and proper vision health Carrots, oranges, lemons, pumpkins White Phytonutrients: Aids with healthy cholesterol levels and a healthy heart Garlic, white onions, cauliflower, and pears Green Phytonutrients: Maintains vision health and strong bones and teeth Spinach, broccoli, and kiwis Purple Phytonutrients: Helps aid healthy aging, urinary tract health, and memory functions Eggplant, purple carrots, blueberries, and grapes
Flavonoids, which include anthocyanins, flavones, isoflavones, proantocyanidins, quercetin and more, are found almost everywhere. They are responsible for the colors in the skins of fruits and vegetables and help to stop the growth of tumor cells and potent antioxidants. They also can reduce inflammation. Beta-glucan, found in mushrooms, stabilizes and balances the body's immune system by supporting white blood cells. EGCG is found in tea and has been shown to reduce the risk of colon and breast cancer. It boosts the immune system and encourages T-cell formation, which defends our body against sickness and disease. Bioflavonoids, which are found in citrus fruits, are considered a companion to vitamin C because they extend the value of it in the body. These nutrients
have the capabilities to lower cholesterol levels and support joint collagen in arthritis cases
Color Meaning Red Red is the color of fire and blood, so it is associated with energy, war, danger, strength, power, determination as well as passion, desire, and love. Red is a very emotionally intense color. It enhances human metabolism, increases respiration rate, and raises blood pressure. It has very high visibility, which is why stop signs, stoplights, and fire equipment are usually painted red. In heraldry, red is used to indicate courage. It is a color found in many national flags. Red brings text and images to the foreground. Use it as an accent color to stimulate people to make quick decisions; it is a perfect color for 'Buy Now' or 'Click Here' buttons on Internet banners and websites. In advertising, red is often used to evoke erotic feelings (red lips, red nails, red-light districts, 'Lady in Red', etc). Red is widely used to indicate danger (high voltage signs, traffic lights). This color is also commonly associated with energy, so you can use it when promoting energy drinks, games, cars, items related to sports and high physical activity. Light red represents joy, sexuality, passion, sensitivity, and love. Pink signifies romance, love, and friendship. It denotes feminine qualities and passiveness. Dark red is associated with vigor, willpower, rage, anger, leadership, courage, longing, malice, and wrath. Brown suggests stability and denotes masculine qualities. Reddish-brown is associated with harvest and fall.
Orange Orange combines the energy of red and the happiness of yellow. It is associated with joy, sunshine, and the tropics. Orange represents enthusiasm, fascination, happiness, creativity, determination, attraction, success, encouragement, and stimulation. To the human eye, orange is a very hot color, so it gives the sensation of heat. Nevertheless, orange is not as aggressive as red. Orange increases oxygen supply to the brain, produces an invigorating effect, and stimulates mental activity. It is highly accepted among young people. As a citrus color, orange is associated with healthy food and stimulates appetite. Orange is the color of fall and harvest. In heraldry, orange is symbolic of strength and
endurance. Orange has very high visibility, so you can use it to catch attention and highlight the most important elements of your design. Orange is very effective for promoting food products and toys. Dark orange can mean deceit and distrust. Red-orange corresponds to desire, sexual passion, pleasure, domination, aggression, and thirst for action. Gold evokes the feeling of prestige. The meaning of gold is illumination, wisdom, and wealth. Gold often symbolizes high quality.
Yellow Yellow is the color of sunshine. It's associated with joy, happiness, intellect, and energy. Yellow produces a warming effect, arouses cheerfulness, stimulates mental activity, and generates muscle energy. Yellow is often associated with food. Bright, pure yellow is an attention getter, which is the reason taxicabs are painted this color. When overused, yellow may have a disturbing effect; it is known that babies cry more in yellow rooms. Yellow is seen before other colors when placed against black; this combination is often used to issue a warning. In heraldry, yellow indicates honor and loyalty. Later the meaning of yellow was connected with cowardice. Use yellow to evoke pleasant, cheerful feelings. You can choose yellow to promote children's products and items related to leisure. Yellow is very effective for attracting attention, so use it to highlight the most important elements of your design. Men usually perceive yellow as a very lighthearted, 'childish' color, so it is not recommended to use yellow when selling prestigious, expensive products to men – nobody will buy a yellow business suit or a yellow Mercedes. Yellow is an unstable and spontaneous color, so avoid using yellow if you want to suggest stability and safety. Light yellow tends to disappear into white, so it usually needs a dark color to highlight it. Shades of yellow are visually unappealing because they loose cheerfulness and become dingy. Dull (dingy) yellow represents caution, decay, sickness, and jealousy. Light yellow is associated with intellect, freshness, and joy.
Green Green is the color of nature. It symbolizes growth, harmony, freshness, and fertility. Green has strong emotional correspondence with safety. Dark green is also commonly associated with money. Green has great healing power. It is the most restful color for the human eye; it can improve vision. Green suggests stability and endurance.
Sometimes green denotes lack of experience; for example, a 'greenhorn' is a novice. In heraldry, green indicates growth and hope. Green, as opposed to red, means safety; it is the color of free passage in road traffic. Use green to indicate safety when advertising drugs and medical products. Green is directly related to nature, so you can use it to promote 'green' products. Dull, darker green is commonly associated with money, the financial world, banking, and Wall Street. Dark green is associated with ambition, greed, and jealousy. Yellow-green can indicate sickness, cowardice, discord, and jealousy. Aqua is associated with emotional healing and protection. Olive green is the traditional color of peace.
Blue Blue is the color of the sky and sea. It is often associated with depth and stability. It symbolizes trust, loyalty, wisdom, confidence, intelligence, faith, truth, and heaven. Blue is considered beneficial to the mind and body. It slows human metabolism and produces a calming effect. Blue is strongly associated with tranquility and calmness. In heraldry, blue is used to symbolize piety and sincerity. You can use blue to promote products and services related to cleanliness (water purification filters, cleaning liquids, vodka), air and sky (airlines, airports, air conditioners), water and sea (sea voyages, mineral water). As opposed to emotionally warm colors like red, orange, and yellow; blue is linked to consciousness and intellect. Use blue to suggest precision when promoting high-tech products. Blue is a masculine color; according to studies, it is highly accepted among males. Dark blue is associated with depth, expertise, and stability; it is a preferred color for corporate America. Avoid using blue when promoting food and cooking, because blue suppresses appetite. When used together with warm colors like yellow or red, blue can create high-impact, vibrant designs; for example, blue-yellowred is a perfect color scheme for a superhero. Light blue is associated with health, healing, tranquility, understanding, and softness. Dark blue represents knowledge, power, integrity, and seriousness.
Purple Purple combines the stability of blue and the energy of red. Purple is associated with royalty. It symbolizes power, nobility, luxury, and ambition. It
conveys wealth and extravagance. Purple is associated with wisdom, dignity, independence, creativity, mystery, and magic. According to surveys, almost 75 percent of pre-adolescent children prefer purple to all other colors. Purple is a very rare color in nature; some people consider it to be artificial. Light purple is a good choice for a feminine design. You can use bright purple when promoting children's products. Light purple evokes romantic and nostalgic feelings. Dark purple evokes gloom and sad feelings. It can cause frustration.
White White is associated with light, goodness, innocence, purity, and virginity. It is considered to be the color of perfection. White means safety, purity, and cleanliness. As opposed to black, white usually has a positive connotation. White can represent a successful beginning. In heraldry, white depicts faith and purity. In advertising, white is associated with coolness and cleanliness because it's the color of snow. You can use white to suggest simplicity in high-tech products. White is an appropriate color for charitable organizations; angels are usually imagined wearing white clothes. White is associated with hospitals, doctors, and sterility, so you can use white to suggest safety when promoting medical products. White is often associated with low weight, low-fat food, and dairy products.
Black Black is associated with power, elegance, formality, death, evil, and mystery. Black is a mysterious color associated with fear and the unknown (black holes). It usually has a negative connotation (blacklist, black humor, 'black death'). Black denotes strength and authority; it is considered to be a very formal, elegant, and prestigious color (black tie, black Mercedes). In heraldry, black is the symbol of grief. Black gives the feeling of perspective and depth, but a black background diminishes readability. A black suit or dress can make you look thinner. When designing for a gallery of art or photography, you can use a black or gray background to make the other colors stand out. Black contrasts well with bright colors. Combined with red or orange – other very powerful colors – black gives a very aggressive color scheme.
