High Speed Tool steel "Hi-REX" manufactured by centrifugal casting contains] more than 30% of expensive alloy materials (Cr,Mo,W,Ni,Co,V etc). It has very slow decrease of Hardness at high temperature, so that it keeps its high wear resistance, its unique mechanical property of toughness guarantees low cracking, which makes productivity increase. At the request of customer it can varies its hardness. It has been proven that "Hi-REX" is superior to other traditional materials. Currently we are exporting "Hi-REX" all over the world. "Hi-REX" is being used and proven its superiority in steel company's mill roll, gUide roller, pinch roller etc and chemical industry's screw, paddle, buss screw etc

to make chamfers before machining of grooves of the rollers. It prevent chipping of the conner when the bite is coming out from a roller. - H'henyou machine the groove you have to have a depth of machining as deep as the worn out depth at first stage. - After the first stage of machining, precise machining has to be done by

the depth of O.02mm- O.lmm.
