TICKETS 1. Tickets open at least ½ before the mountain opens. 2. Tickets can not be refunded. But if customer does not like the snow conditions in the first hour on the hill they may get a voucher at the value of the ticket and redeem another day before the end of the season. 3. To redeem any free tickets go to VIP ticket window East or West. (Anything FREE goes to VIP) Free on birthday with ID. Free Senior 70 and older. 6 and under free with paying adult ticket. Discount military, police, fire and Handicap discounts. 4. Season Passes can be done at East and West. 5. ONLINE ticket purchases go to Reservation located by West Rentals; if not open go to West Tickets. 6. Six Packs, Quads and 3 peats can be only purchased at participating stores or online. 7. Employees need to have pay check stub to be able to redeem hours for tickets. (Can only use original pay check stub no copies?). 8. Tickets, lessons and equipment rentals can be done at any regular ticket window at West. 9. You need to wear your ticket on the left hand side. On warmer days attach to pants or something they won’t remove when it gets too warm. Want to learn more: You can only purchase tubing tickets at North Lift ticket can be used at all of the resort that has chair lifts running Point pass can be used at all chairs and can be shared with other people as well as can use until points are gone for the entire season they were purchased on but do not carry over to the following season.

Group Sales How many people are needed to qualify for the group discount? There must be at least 15 people. Except for Scouts, we only require 10 people to qualify for group rates. What is the cost for group lift tickets? We offer many discounts on lift tickets, rentals and lessons; up to 30% off. (Even more for Scouts) Adult lift tickets for groups are as follows; Mid-Week $38 Weekend $47 Holiday $65 Does Mountain High Group Sales offer any complimentary tickets? Groups receive 1 free lift ticket for every 20 purchased. It is the same for North Pole Tubing. Is there special pricing for churches or non-profit organizations? Group Sales offers significant discounts with up to 30% off peak weekend prices. Our prices reflect our commitment to working with churches and other non-profit organizations. When do we have to pay? How do we pay for our group? Groups do not pay until they arrive at Mountain High and make any changes necessary. They must pay as a group by one form of payment; Cash, Check, Credit Card, or Purchase Order. What programs do you offer schools? Mountain High offers 3 choices for schools; Our 2 school programs offer substantial discounts. MDSSA – Mid Day Ski Snowboard Adventure. This is for elementary schools. It is 6 weeks and a lesson on each visit. ASSA – After School Ski/Snowboard Adventure. This is for middle, junior, and high schools. It is either 4 or 6 weeks. There is a lesson on the first trip and open ski/board on the remaining visits. Or they can come up as a group and receive our group rates. What do you offer Scouts? We offer Scouts huge discounts. They must be a verified Boy or Girl Scout troop to receive the special pricing. We also have a great Merit Badge program. It is for those the ski or snowboard at least at an intermediate level. Can we fill out forms before we get there? Yes, all forms are online at the Group Sales webpage. We are excited that the Rental Form is now online as well. When groups have all the paperwork filled out before coming up, it speeds up the check-in process and gets them up on the mountain much quicker.

RENTALS Where do I purchase rentals? Anyone renting must purchase the rental form from a ticket window. Where is rentals located? West --.In the parking lot across for Big Pines Logde. East -- In the same building as tickets. How much is a rental? Board & boots -$35 Skis & boots -$30 Boots only -$15 Do we rent bindings only? No, however we do offer Board only, Skis’ only, or Boots only. Can I rent multiple days? Yes, you can rent up to 4 consecutive days. The required deposit for multiple days is $500 Do I have to return my rentals to the same place I picked them up at ? No, you can return your rental to any of our Rental locations. Where can I get repairs done? West – Across from Big Pines Lodge, next to the outdoor stage. East -- inside rentals Where can I find a locker? Lockers are located inside and outside of West Rentals and around East Rentals. $1.00 rental charge is one use only. How much does ski and board check cost? It’s absolutely free!!!!!

Retail Department Where is the bathroom? Restrooms are at the end of Base Lodge. What time are the Shops open till? Sports Shop – 6:00 pm West – 9:00 pm East – 4:00 pm North – 3:00 pm Can I rent a helmet? You may purchase a helmet in Retail or rent a helmet in Rentals. Can I return or exchange? You may only return or exchange an item that is unused with the tags in tact. LIFT OPERATIONS When are the Lifts open? Lifts Open West East North Tubing

Which Lifts are for beginners? All conveyers, lift 3 - Snowflake, lift 8 - Discovery and lift 10 - Easy Rider are our beginner lifts. Which Lifts are for advanced trails? Lifts 4 - Blue Ridge Express, lift 5 - Conquest, lift 6 - Exhibition and lift 11 - Mountain High Express all lead to our advanced trails. Do you allow foot traffic on the Lifts? Lift 4 - Blue Ridge Express and lift 11 - Mountain High Express are the only lifts that allow foot traffic. Is Blue Ridge Express the only way to the top? You may take lift 1 - Coyote to lift 6 - Exhibition to reach the same destination as lift 4 - Blue Ridge Express. Additional Key Points All lifts have loading and unloading instructions. Ticket checking is part of lift operations.

~Be a Service Star~

Guest Services Does my lift ticket and/or season pass work at all three resorts? Yes, lift tickets/and or season passes are valid for skiing and snowboarding at all three resorts. Season pass holders are allowed a 2 hour Tubing ticket per day at the North Pole Tubing Park. Do you offer Bus Shuttle service between all three resorts and what time do they start running? Yes, we offer free shuttle service between all three resorts. The service generally starts operating 30 minutes prior to lifts opening. In the evening, bus service will run according to the number of vehicles remaining at the East Resort parking lot. (Please check with Guest Services for times). In all instances, announcements will be made by Guest Services before the last shuttle departs from West to East. North Pole Tubing Park: When the park is in full operation, shuttle service is available starting from the West Resort only. Guests can board a shuttle at the East Resort and make the connection to the North Tubing Park from the West Resort. Note: Weather, road and traffic conditions will determine the availability of service. Do you have a snow play area? No, we don’t have a snow play at any of our resorts, however, we can recommend the North Tubing Park where guests can rent tubes and have fun in our park. Do I need a lift ticket to go on the snow? Yes. Access to the slopes is authorized with a valid lift ticket only & the appropriate equipment, i.e.; skis, snowboards or Trikkes. Do you have a Lost & Found? Yes, @ East Guest Services window and @ West Guest Service booth. At the North Pole Tubing Park it is located inside the main lodge. (Please check with cashier). Do you have an ATM machine? Yes, we have two. They are located inside the Food & Beverage venues @ East & West. Do you have Wi-Fi? Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi inside all Food & Beverage venues; Angeles Crest Cafe @ East, Big Pines @West & Bullwheel Saloon & North Tubing Park. Do you have payphones?

FOOD and BEVERAGE WHERE CAN I GET A COCKTAIL? AT THE BULLWHEEL RESTAURANT UP THE BULLWHEEL ROAD ON THE WEST RESORT. AT THE SNOWSHOE ON OUR EAST RESORT. AT THE BISTRO AT THE TOP OF CHAIR 11 AT THE EAST RESORT. WHERE IS THE BATHROOM? WEST SIDE OF BIG PINES LODGE AND ALSO NEXT TO REPAIR SHOP. LOBBY OF THE BULLWHEEL. HALLWAY NEXT TO ANGELES CREST CAFÉ ON EAST RESORT . WHERE CAN I GET WATER? THERE’S A FOUNTAIN NEXT TO THE BATHROOM IN BIG PINES LODGE. ALL OTHER RESORTS HAVE WATER DISPENSERS IN EACH LOBBY CAN YOU HEAT THIS UP? SURE WE CAN! BABY BOTTLES AND FORMULA, GLADLY, FOR FREE. HOT WATER FOR RAMEN, ETC IS $1.00. ENTREES HEATED FOR $2.00. NO OUTSIDE FOOD CAN BE CONSUMED INSIDE OF OUR FACILITIES. CAN I GET A REFILL ON MY FOUNTAIN DRINK? I’M AFRAID NOT. THERE ARE NO REFILLS ALLOWED. WHERE ARE THE LIDS AND STRAWS? JUST LIKE MOST OTHER AMUSEMENT PARKS AND RESORTS, LIDS AND STRAWS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. THIS IS TO PREVENT UNNECESSARY LITTER ON THE MOUNTAIN AND OUR NATURAL ENVIRONMENT. HOW MANY BEERS CAN I BUY? WITH A VALID IDENTIFICATION, EACH GUEST MY PURCHASE ONE BEER AT A TIME. THE BEER WILL BE OPENED FOR YOU AT THE REGISTER BY THE CASHIER. CAN I BRING MY SKIS/BOARD INSIDE? SKIS AND BOARDS ARE NOT PERMITTED INSIDE OUR FACILITIES. THE POTENTIAL CLUTTER MAY CAUSE SAFETY ISSUES. THERE ARE

YOU CAN PARK ONLY IN THE LEGALLY DESIGNATED SPOTS WITH AN ADVENTURE PASS. WHERE DO I CATCH THE BUS? IN THE DESIGNATED AREA IN FRONT OF TICKETS AT EAST AND WEST, OR IN FRONT OF BIG PINES RESTURANT AT WEST. IS THERE A SHUTTLE TO NORTH? YES. YOU WILL CATCH THE BUS IN FRONT OF BIG PINES AT WEST. WHERE DO I GET A PASS TO PARK ON THE HIGHWAY? RIGHT AT THE RANGER STATION OR IN TOWN. DO YOU HAVE A DROP OFF ZONE? YES! YOU CAN PARK FOR NO LONGER THAN 10 MINUTES IN FRONT OF THE SCREENS TO THE LEFT OF TICKETS. WHY CAN’T I RE-SELL MY TICKET? RE-SELLING YOUR TICKET IS UNDERMINING THE PROFIT OF MOUNTAIN

North Pole Tubing Park Ski & Snowboarding What are the prices for the Tubing Park? 2-Hour (42” and up) $20.00 Full Day (42” and up) $35.00 36-42 Inches w/ paying adult $15.00 What is the minimum height for Tubing? 36” is the minimum height and 36” – 42” kids must ride with a paying adult. 42” is the minimum height to ride alone. What is offered at the North Resort? North Pole Tubing Park. (Snow making for Tubing only)

Skiing & Snowboarding (Natural snow only) Rentals – Ski & Snowboards North Pole Lodge – Serving snack bar foods and drinks as well as hot soups / chili, hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken strips, fries, etc.

What are the hours for North Resort? Weekends and Holidays peak season 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. Can I use a Lift ticket from the East or West Resorts to ski/snowboard at the North Resort? Yes, the lift tickets work at all 3 resorts. Is there a shuttle bus to North? Yes, it meets at the West Resort out in front of Big Pines Lodge on Peak weekends and Holidays. Where are the Restrooms? Restrooms are on the 2nd floor of the North Lodge. Is the Tubing Park fun? Heck ya its fun!
