Alisha Lomeli AKA: Alisha Cramer 4985 E. Amber Rd. Prescott, AZ 86301

Della Lucille Hazelton Charitable Trust C/o First Interstate Bank of Arizona, N.A. P.O. Box 53436, Phoenix, AZ 85072-3436 RE: Financial Assistance to Native Americans who are residents of AZ & MT. To Whom It May Concern: I am writing in reference to financial assistance to Native Americans who are residents of AZ & MT. I am very interested in purchasing a home for my 5 children and myself in Prescott, Arizona. I am a descendant of the Onondaga nation from Syracuse, NY. My father, Frederick Cramer, is an Onondaga Native American and was born on the Onondaga Reservation. We moved to Arizona when I was 2 ½ years old. I have lived in Arizona most of my life. I am also registered with Indian Health Services in Phoenix, Arizona. Currently, my children and I reside with my mother, Sara Cramer, in a 2-bedroom home. I am going through divorce proceedings with my husband. When I left the home, my husband would not allow me to take any of our belongings. I am now responsible and reside with 3 of my 5 children; two of my children reside with their father, but they periodically visit me. My children are ages 21 months, 7, 9, 12, and 14. I receive Social Security disability payments and child support for one of my children. This is how I support my family. I would greatly appreciate any assistance that you may give my request to help better our lives. If you have any questions, you may contact me at (928) 227-2021. Thank you for your consideration and will await your reply.

Sincerely, Alisha Lomeli
