(2005-2006) Research on vision and perception at Brooklyn College: Studied the affect of gender on stereo and veniar acuities. Worked on mapping the perceptual field under the guidance of Isreal Abramov, PhD. (2004-2005) Molecular Genetic research at Northshore LIJ Biomedical Center. PowerPoint Presentation at Junior Science and Humanities Symposium sponsored by Adelphi University: Studied SNPs in the promoter region of IL6 and its effect on breast cancer at under guidance of Dorothy Guzowski, PhD. 1

I was a tutor of science, math, SATs, violin, piano. Also led nutrition and woman’s health workshops. (2006) Sparks for Life program at New York Methodist Hospital, Brooklyn: organized and performed in an ensemble to perform for geriatric and Alzheimer patients (music is the last memory to be lost). (2001-2004) Girl Scouts of Nassau County and Henry Viscardi School: Started a Girl Scout troop at Henry Viscardi School, a school for children with physical limitations and adapted badges. 2
