After a lot of digging we have uncovered some additional information regarding Marty’s pending black-bag illegal transfer. In the background we found that the Assistant Warden, S. Wagner, is the most likely the button man for whoever is really behind this move. Wagner is a mean spirited murky character who stays in the background at Ft. Dix Prison and does a lot of the dirty work. The Warden at Fort Dix just got the job 10 days ago and may not even know what Mr. W is attempting. Not so good for her if she’s a dupe in charge of 5000 human soles. Curiously, Wagner is also the person that approves and disapproves the press requests to see Armstrong, of which there are many including a well known author in the process of writing an expose of Goldman Sachs. For some reason the prison does not want to let him speak with Armstrong although we can’t imagine why. We have also now had the time to speak with a high quality federal criminal lawyer who intends to get involved through the courts first thing Monday morning. Hopefully he stomps on these guys hard. Clearly the prison official’s strategy is to claim that they were unaware that Armstrong has open habeas in the Camden Federal District Court and the United States Supreme Court. By later claiming ignorance, they can later claim innocent error. However, by making everyone on this list acutely aware of the fact that Armstrong has two open habeas cases, if they move him, they have committed a criminal act. Even attempting to move him makes them individually and collectively guilty of a willful act of contempt of the powers of the Supreme Court of the United States and the powers of the Camden Federal District Court of New Jersey. Additionally those that are aware of this crime and do not report it are also guilty of a crime called Misprision defined as being aware of a felony and not reporting it. Accordingly we would like to suggest that we change our strategy as follows. #1 everyone please continue to contact by phone, fax and email all the names on the contact list. #2 In all the communications, please mention that that their actions are a willful act of contempt of the powers of the Supreme Court of the United States and the powers of the Camden Federal District Court of New Jersey. And that we are also notify the clerk of the Supreme Court of the United States and the clerk of the New Jersey Federal District court of Camden that their powers are being ignored by the prison officials at Fort Dix in this matter. Furthermore let them know that we intend to present this issue to members of congress and demand an investigation of the abuse of power by Fort Dix BOP. Remember, it’s important that The Warden, The Assistant Warden, J Wagner, Kevin Byrd, and David Steel , along with their bosses at the regional level and Traci Billingsly in Washington Know that we are calling the cops on them. We also should tell them that we think that someone should be fired for doing this.

#3 Contact the Clerk of the Supreme Court of the United State his name is William K. Suter his phone number is (202)479-3014. Remember Marty’s Supreme Court habeas number is 099470. This habeas is now posted on the Scribd site. Let Mr. Suter know what’s going on and ask for his help. Let them know what going on. Let them know that the prison officials at Fort Dix are illegally usurping the powers of their judges and moving Armstrong while he has two open habeas. Ask them to protect Armstrong and consider putting the responsible parties at the BOP in contempt. #4) Contact the Clerk of the Northern District of New Jersey Camden his name is William T. Walsh his phone number is 856-757-5021. Mary’s open Habeas in Camden is number 08251. If you want to do more you can also contact Judge Bumbs Judicial Assistant Bobbi Costigan 856-757-5020. Let them know what going on. Let them know that the prison officials at Fort Dix are illegally usurping the powers of their judges and moving Armstrong while he has two open habeas.
