AFFIDAVIT I, ONOFRE F. PAGDILAO, Filipino, of legal age, widower and residing at Capagaypayan, Luna, Province of Apayao, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to according to law hereby depose and state:

1. That, I am the father of GENERWIN M. PAGDILAO who is now sixteen (17) years of age;

2. That, said child intends to study and live abroad particularly in the country of Sweden;

3. That, despite of the fact that my child is a minor, I am still giving my consent for him to live therein with my sister JULIET LINDBERG for the duration of his stay in Sweden, freely and voluntarily;

4. That, I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing statements, to support our application for visa, and for all legal intents and purposes. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto signed our names this 8th day of September 2008 in Manila, Philippines.
