AFFIDAVIT OF RETURN OF SERVICE David Yerushalmi hereby declares and states as follows: 1.
I am the attorney of record representing the plaintiffs in the above captioned matter. I am filing this Affidavit of Return of Service in connection with the complaint filed in this matter on November 18, 2008.
2.
On December 1, 2008, I caused the defendant Ibrahim Hooper (“Hooper”) to be served by hand service by a private process server (see attached Affidavit of Charety M. Zhe [“CMZ Aff.”] as Exhibit I).
3.
On December 4, 2008, I caused the defendant Parvez Ahmed to be served by hand service by a private process server (see attached Affidavit of Chris Gaubatz [“CG Aff.”) as Exhibit II.
Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1746, I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.

The woman informed me that Parvez Ahmed lived at this residence.
