AFFIDAVIT In the Common Law and For the Record, Know All Men By These Presents: I, one Jane Doe, one of the People of California, Sui Juris, hereafter “affiant” does hereby swear the following is true and correct to the best of my knowledge as evidenced by my Hand (signature) and Seal: The affiant witnessed John Doe requesting to meet with Donald Duck, the chief Clerk of the Court, to discuss the matter of some documents that had been sent “proof of service” to the Wonderland County Superior Court. The Documents included the attached copies as exhibits ‘A’, ‘B’,’C’ and ‘D’, (or a Declaration to the Court from Roberta Doe, the yellow ticket copy with “refused for cause” written across it, a ‘Notice of Revocation of Power of Attorney’, and a ‘Proof of Service’). The Wonderland Superior Court sent a letter back stating different options and returned Roberta’s documents noted above without filing them into the Record. The administrative assistant to Donald Duck came out to say Duck was away, but she listened to the explanation and had the manager for the Traffic Division, Imma Ho come over to discuss the issue. John Doe explained the seriousness of the situation by stating that it was a Federal crime to not record the documents into the Court’s record. The declaration had the words ‘file on demand’ written across the top of the page. John told her that it was the duty of the clerk to file the documents into the Case File. The documents had the ticket number stated therein, and the senders’ and recipients name upon them. Ho claimed that the clerks at the Traffic division “probably didn’t know what to do with them”. John then replied that there was a file that had the ticket in it, and a docket number, or the ticket number on it, and they were required to file the documents into that file. Ho disputed that there was a file kept for the traffic ticket. John stated that at some point it became a docket number, to which she replied that the ticket number was the docket number. She took responsibility for her department’s actions having been correct, and stated that Jane Doe had the options noted on their letter. Ho then returned the documents to John, refusing to file them. Her demeanor was one of arrogance and she displayed an ignorance of the Law. Furthermore the affiant says not. Without Prejudice

I have no original thoughts all my information comes from the grace of God and the reading of what others have said. The body of the affidavit it filled in with your memory of the events and can include what you felt someone else was expressing (hearsay) but it’s your experience that is to be your testimony. No one else can tell you what you felt or saw so unless there is a video tape of the event to counter your statements validity and even then it’s your memory. An affidavit must be Notarized to be admissible as a court document with authority. This is because the Notary is an agent of the court and you are “swearing” the contents of the affidavit are true. Always write up a letter of what happened and date it and sign it and have a ‘witness’ sign it and date that they witnessed you sign your declaration. If it something very important that could have legal or lawful impact on you have it drawn up as an affidavit at or near the time the event occurred so that 6 monthes or a Year later when you go to court over it you have the ‘evidence’ recorded in your affidavit. The Police write their reports (their affidavits) following the incident and so should you. The flag in the upper corner signifies what rules and laws apply to your paper. Go on Photobucket and do a search for your States flag and download the image to your Legal file to use everytime you write important documents. You can put a 2 cent stamp in the upper right hand corner and on the back of the paper in the lower right hand corner (so you get the LAST word on the page). The stamps should be signed through with your signature and dated below the stamp. This is the cancellation of the stamp and shows you are a flesh and blood man/woman instead of the legal fiction all capital lettered name being charged in court or on Bank paperwork, etc. The right side of the document is the Creditor side, the left is the Debtor side. Sign your signature on the Right side and put the word SEAL in the lower right corner below your signature to have the last word.
