classifications Type A reactions – predictable Type B reactions – unpredictable

Severity of ADR Minor: no therapy, antidote, prolongation of hospitalization is required Moderate : change in therapy, specific treatment / prolongation of hospital stay Severe : life threatening / permanent damnage / icu care Lethal: directly of indirectly causes death
