APPLICATION FOR ADJOURNMENT OF THE CASE RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH: 1- That the above noted case is pending before this hon’ble court and is fixed for today. 2- That the representative of Eicher Motor Ltd. is looking after his Father, who is diagnosed with Hydrocephalaus and is admitted in Aakash Healthcare Hospital ,thus he is not in position to appear before this Hon’ble court. 3- That now the counsel for the complainant wants to get adjourned the above noted case for next date of hearing. It is, therefore, prayed that the above noted case may kindly be adjourned for next date of hearing
