Action Plan 2 – Reduce stray dogs by Sterilization & Euthanization Step 1 Collect/ research info on sterilization. This is to let the Municipal officers know that there is another way to reduce the population of stray dogs which is a much humane and sustainable way. Resources: http://www.wsdindia.org/FAQs/faqs.htm http://www.karmayog.com/dogs/dogcontrolrules.htm Step 3 Draft a letter to all of the Chair of Municipals in Brunei to read, and consider to the proposal of sterilization and euthanization of stray dogs. Where in the letter, we will give the Municipal one week to respond and give comments. (Resources gotten to get response in one week gotten from the Chair of the Belait and Seria Municipal)

Step 4 Edit letter and report to group members and get comments from lecturer {Dr. Irene} on which this will be done by the 16th of October 2006.

Step 5 Final letter and report submit to Dr Irene and get approval. After being approved, the letter will be sent to all of the head of the Municipals in Brunei.
