ACTIVITY COMPLETION REPORT Title of the Activity: “10 Commencement Exercises and Recognition Day” th

Activity Objectives: The 10th Commencement Exercises and Recognition Day aim to:  Acknowledge the achievements/accomplishments of the pupils.  Open their young minds to their responsibility for the future.  Open the eyes of the parents how education run to the life of their children and let them realize if they push hard for their children there are brighter futures ahead waiting for their family.  Put eagerness to the young pupils to study hard, aim high and push harder for the better life and future.

Date: MARCH 30, 2016 Venue: Mahawan Elementary School Host: Mahawan Teaching Staff Target People Attended: Resident of Sagkahan, Tangke, Emelia 1, Emelia 2, Mahawan Proper, and Brgy. Officials and Mahawan Pupils.

Expected Number who will attend: 400 people Actual Number Attended the Activity: 350 people attended Activity Facilitators: Mahawan Teaching Staff, Parents and GPTA officers Budgetary Requirement: P6, 000.00(estimated amount-subject for audit). The stated amount is allocated for the expenditures relatives to the conduct of the training such as foods, certificates, and ribbons for graduate and documentary stamp.

Activity Evaluation Rating: End of the activity assessment the ceremony was successfully job well done, means that the viewers were satisfied over all ceremony.

Narrative Report: Every end of the school year all school celebrating their commencement ceremony. Mahawan ES celebrating their 10th Commencement Exercises and Recognition Day. The commencement ceremony is one of the most meaningful and symbolic event of every students life. It is a time to reflect on the sacrifices and accomplishment of the past, and on the hope, excitement, and responsibility of the future. The teaching staff headed by our TIC Mrs. Lesley Ann A. Arcuino invited some visitors to witnessed the most important day of every children to moving up to the next level of their life. Mr. Baltazar Perez is one of our distinguished guest and Mr. Jeremiah B. Junio was the guest speaker. First part is the processional march the arrangement are; the graduates, guests, and the faculty. Mrs. Terrado conducted the Philippine National Anthem, Dep-Ed hym conducted by Ms. Joan T. Lucelo.

To officially open the ceremony Reymart Belleta 2nd honors give his welcome address. Followed by the presentation of candidates for graduation done by our TIC Lesley Ann A. Arcuino and was being confirmed of ever active Principal II of Rizal ES Mr. Baltazar Perez and then distribution of certificates and awarding of honors and special awards. Ms. Mayann Bulawit a Grade IV teacher introduce the guest speaker, no other than Mr. Jeremiah Junio. After the very inspiring message it was being followed the pledge of loyalty, graduation song and words of gratitude. After the Commencement Exercises recognition was being done right away. In this portion of the program the lower grades was given emphasis who are learners ready to be promoted to the next level/ grade. Of course intermission number of each grade level must not forget this is the happiness of each pupil to show their talents to their parents. The most waited part of each parents and pupils the pinning of ribbons. It’s a big happiness to the teachers seeing the sweet smile drawn to the faces of the parents. Because it is the achievement of their children, the sacrifices of their children and of course the sacrifices of the parents to push harder to make the future of their children brighter than them.
